NC CL advertisement saw this just now on cl Little dog needs Elderly companion i've emailed the owner to find out more info and get more pics. looks at least part yorkie to me. what do you guys think? |
the lady emailed and said she is part chinese crested. she also said there is someone interested in her which is certainly a positive. |

In her CL ad it says shes a chuwawa (sp") and rat terrier mix. 10yrs or older. Going blind. 3 teeth.. poor baby to me she looks like she has Yorkie in her. poor liitle thing I feel so sorry for her she has already lost her owner and was rehomed and now needing another home so soon. I hope you can get her and shes finds her forever loving home. |
this lady seems to be guessing about all sorts of things. i'm not so sure she really has any idea about the health status but given some of the photos she sent me show black as hades cigarette smoke i'd be going blind in there, too!!! no offense to smokers......please don't misunderstand....i just don't believe in smoking right in a child or animals face! anyhow, i'm so concerned about this but honestly, don't even know what the best way to proceed would be? any advice? |
Im sad because she had promised a dyeing patient she would take care of her dog then a month later offers it on CL for $25 thats so sad. the dog does look like it has some Yorkie/terrier in it. being 10 years old and letting it go cheap I pray that it finds a forever good home. are you wanting to get it to keep or to help re home it? I noticed in the picture its sitting straight up, I wonder if it sits like that at times or if its because its scared of the bigger dog thats sniffing it. |
good question about the other dog. i am the guilt-ridden sort....if i made a promise to a person on their death bed, i'm telling you i could never, ever break that promise!! that said, i guess it's better she break her promise than this poor girl go without the loving care she deserves. i have not been planning on another dog but i have no problem at all removing her from that place and then figuring out what to do. i just do not want to cause her unnecessary trauma. that's sort of why i was looking for advice. no kidding! it really is frustrating. i felt the same way when you offered to take those two little ones and then heard nothing back at all. i guess that's just the way some people are. oh well..... |
