$250 Biewer Male 2 y/o 5 lbs - Philadelphia Harley is a rare breed dog called a Biewer Terrier ( a tri-colored Yorkie), which is in the process of getting their AKC recognition. They are a very friendly, sweet, and sociable dog. He is 2 years old, paper trained and leash trained to go out in the yard. Good with other dogs and cats. No health issues. He weighs about 5 pounds. He will be neutered before leaving and is up to date on vaccines. This breed does require frequent grooming. Harley is located near the Philadelphia area and interested adopters will need to be willing to go there to adopt. His adoption fee is $250. Applicants should own their own home, be of appropriate age to be able to make a longterm commitment to a dog of his age. The STCGNY does not own this dog, this is a referral to let people know he is available for adoption. Interested applicants should contact Erica Cerny at ecerny@optonline.net or 973-361-6790 Adopt a Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: Harley: Petfinder |
OMG another one? Three beautiful biewer's for $250.00 each. Amazing they are all beautiful. |
Harley is EXACTLY what I want! Too bad the timing is just not right, because I would scoop him up in a heartbeat! Just a doll baby :p |

I wish I could scoop any of them up. I just can't commit again while I'm working:( |
I hope someone on here can get these guys. They are all adorable and for 250.00 you gotta be kidding thats like they are giving them away. Surely someone will snatch them up before long. I cannot believe they are in a rescue!!! |
This is so sad... I wonder if the owner is no longer able to care for them or if they want new breeding stock |
I believe they are being retired from a breeding program, or they just don't fit into a current breeding program. They will be spayed and neutered and are only going to be placed into a Pet Home. ...I am inquiring about Harley ;) not really ready, but I am so in love, it is sickening - hahahahahaa |

Same question, where is the original breeder or owner of these dogs?? The contracts usually say if you can't keep the dogs for any reason, the breeder or owner/contract is to be notified. |

I wish I were closer, I would take him in a heartbeat. |
What a shame!! I was helping someone find a small dog on petfinder today and saw there were yorkie puppies in TX that the breeder couldnt sell so decided to turn over to the humane society. |

Scottish Terrier Club of Greater New York, Inc. - Home I don't know the whole story behind these baby's being rehomed, but they are from a breeder, whom, I guess is working with the STCGNY on a referral basis. From what I gather, the breeder will be the final deciding person on whom the dog is adopted out to, and from what I was told, the breeder has a very, very, very strict approach to whom she sells/adopts out too... Maybe these dogs are from her breeder stock and there isn't an "original breeder" to return them too  No idea... |
Ok, I did a google search for Biewers in the area and here is the info: Biewer Terriers Go to the "Adoptions" page and there are the 3 beauty's :) |
