$250 Biewer Female 4 y/o 13 lbs in Philadelphia Rescue More About Athena Athena is a rare breed dog called a Biewer Terrier ( a tri-colored Yorkie), which is in the process of getting their AKC recognition. They are a very friendly, sweet, and sociable dog. She is just over 4 years old, paper trained and leash trained to go out in the yard. Good with other dogs and cats. No health issues, but she has a juvenile cataract in one eye that doesn't prevent her from getting around at all! She is about 13 pounds. She will be spayed before leaving and is up to date on vaccines. This breed does require frequent grooming. Athena is located near the Philadelphia area and interested adopters will need to be willing to go there to adopt. Her adoption fee is $250. Applicants should own their own home, be of appropriate age to be able to make a longterm commitment to a dog of her age. The STCGNY does not own this dog, this is a referral to let people know she is available for adoption. Interested applicants should contact Erica Cerny at ecerny@optonline.net or 973-361-6790 Athena is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered. How sad to think these pups are in rescue already. What two beautiful pups they are too. In need of grooming but that's no big deal. I am sure both will find the loving homes they deserve within a day or two. The price is nothing and both are very healthy with the exception of a cateract on one. I wonder if they were breeding females. Oh why can't I commit to another?:( |
