Sassy is available for adoption due to the recent death of her owner. She is currently in the care of her human sister who loves her very much but knows that Sassy will be the happiest as the only pet and with someone who doesn't go to work every day. Sassy is an 11 years young Yorkie weighing in at 4 lbs. She loves to take you on long and leisurely walks, let you know when she wants to be on your lap and follow every footstep you make. In spite of her pint size, she is a true terrier and loving and affectionate, protective and determined. Sassy is in excellent health, current on vaccines as well as heartworm and flea prevention. She is housebroken and spayed. Her adoption fee is $150. Sassy is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.

What a sweety! We'd have a cat and dog named Sassy. I hope she finds a home that meets her requirements very soon.

Every once in a while you get one that really tugs at your heart. I wish I were closer to TN. I'd taker her in. So sad. This poor girl has no idea what has happened or where her mom is. Makes my heart break. Elaine

Wish TN was closer to us too, she's such a sweet little one.

I just called and she is still there and they have another male yorkie. He is 7 years old and weights 12 pounds. I just wanted to let you guys know.:)

I live less than 2 hours from there, and would love to be able to have her, but I couldn't afford her adoption fee right now. She is an absolute doll though.

So Sad.
If I were a bit further along in my just-announced divorce,
I would make the drive from the west side of TN to the east end where she is and give her a loving home.
I hope she finds a new home soon. She is SO adorable!

i wish i could take her but i have no room left i have a cat an a yorkie an a shihtzu so i cant take her either i hope she finds a home soon bless herlittle heart

I completely agree! I wish I lived in TN! I really really hope she finds someone to love and spoil her endlessly for the rest of her life! :cry:
