Yorkie needs a home ASAP-NY

I got a call from a friend of mine desperately looking for a good home for a 6 yr. old yorkie. Here is the story............the dog is NY and is 6 yrs. old. My friend met the yorkie and said he is cute and the sweetest dog you could ask for. He is a larger than normal, about 12 lbs but a little chunky. He couldn't stop licking my friend, and would roll on his back to get belly rubs. Here is the story. The woman is going to be homeless in two weeks if she doesn't get rid of the dog. So she already made plans with her vet to have this cute and healthy dog euthanized if she doesn't get a home for him in two weeks. She will NOT put him in a shelter or rescue group. So...........I was called by my friend begging me to try to find a home for him. Can anyone give this boy a good home? If I didn't have 6 I would take him, but I have my hands full with three that are a full time job with health issues.
