I sent the lady a email and let her know I will help her find the perfect home for him .
here is the email I got from her.

Oh Lori the poor little guy looks so sad. I wish I knew someone who was wanting one. Do you know anything thing else about his as far as size or circumstance etc.

Lori. maybe, she'll surrender him free to you. Is it possible to find a good Yorkie rescue in your area? I hate to see him land in another home then another etc. He really needs to find his forever home and a good one at that. Elaine

Hi welcome to YT if you contact the lady on the Craigslist she has him I am just trying to help get him a good home.
I may be able to help with transport also.

Yes Elaine I am hopingIf I help her svreen and all she can find a good home for him. there are no Yorkie rescues here but we do have a small dog rescue and they are really full. I am hoping to get to talk to her and see him. I feel so bad for him.

Lori. I'm sorry that I can't help. If I lived closer I would foster him. Living in NJ kind of leaves me out. I really wish I could do something. I have a good feeling that he's a really good dog but a sad dog. Poor boy. I hope someone takes him and gives him the home he deserves.

I contacted the seller. He is 9 pounds and was purchased locally there in Bellevue. I'm going to talk to my hubbie about him. I'm also waiting to find out if whether or not the original breeder will take him back.

Did you find a home for him yet? I'm in Omaha and my sister will be here tomorrow (July 22) to visit. She is looking to adopt a yorkie - she lives in a small town in Minnesota.
