Money For Rescues...
 

I'm providing this information for any rescues that may be interested. Commerce Bank has something called an Infinity Program in which they will give you a percentage of money to your organization if you have a certain amount of people that have Commerce bank accounts and mention your organization to them. I set this program up for our local baseball league and last year the league was presented a check in the amount of $1500. It cost the account holders nothing. Commerce donated the money based on the amount of people from your organization that had accoutns with them. It can be people within your organization or friends/family etc. They just have to have an account and mention your organization and the affinity program, but your organization MUST be registered with the affinity program. I'm not 100 percent sure of all the particulars but a Commerce Representative will meet and go over everything with you. It costs you nothing and it really is a good thing. I just opened 3 accounts with Commerce and have not designated it to any affinity program so if any of the rescues already participate please let me know and I'll mention your names so you get credit. I am not affiliated with Commerce. I'm just bringing this to the attention of rescues that may be interested as it's not an advertised thing and many do not know it exists. Elaine

I banked with them when I lived in NJ. Perhaps I need to look into this for our rescue since I do have friends up that way.
Plus, we are a national group and some of our members may have Commerce Banks near them.
