I went to her web page and she's not even a year old, so maybe she'll get bigger. She will be 1 in June. |
Most likely she'll gain a few ounces, but not nearly a pound. My Bella is already 1 years old and she's only 3lbs 1.8 oz.... I thought when she was at 8 months, she would gain more too, but it was only a few ounces. |
After around 8 - 9 months old they don't grow much. Like the other poster said maybe a few ounces but not enough weight to breed her safely. She is precious. I hope someone gets her and has her spayed and just loves her. Elaine |
Wow! She has been marked down to $650. She is soooo adorable. Why do I look in this section? It's torture knowing I can't get them. |
Isn't 3lbs to light for a breeding female? I thought the females should at least be close or not more then 5lbs.. I thought that was common rule.. It's the males that are on the lighter side... Even though she is a beaut I would worry why they left her registartion open for breeding abilities.. She still deserves a loving home and life for sure just worry about someone buying her to breed at 3lbs. |
You'd be surprised how many people don't care if the female is too small - they just see $$ signs. I really hope that someone will give her a GREAT home. $650 is very cheap. I know it's a long shot but a thought may be if someone local to where she is can put out the $650, have her spayed and then list her to a pet home and maybe find her a real nice pet home. I'm sure at the price they can atleast get the $$ they put out for her back? This would enable someone who really cares to have a say in who buys her and for what reasons. I really hope she does not end up in the hands of a unethical breeder who uses her to make "Tinies." Elaine |
I completely agree with you Elaine. |
