Looking for a car seat! I'll be the first to admit I've been very bad and Riot has always been loose in the car. But I want to change that and get a car seat. I was originally thinking of a console seat so he could be next to me however he loves to look out the window so it would have to be high enough for him to see, but I have a small SUV and the console isn't very big and the top of it is about level with the seat, so it would have to be pretty tall. Another option is a "lookout" seat that I could set in the passenger or back seat. I think this might be better because I could roll the window down and he could feel the wind in his hair, which he loves. I'd be looking for one that sits on the seat as opposed to held up by straps to the seat because I would have to switch it from the back to the front fairly often. A few days ago I found out I am getting another little yorkie baby! So now I'd like to get one that could fit both of them. Anyone selling a car seat? Or does anyone have any recommendations? |
I like the snoozer. I have three size smalls across the back seat of my small sedan. My dogs weigh 7, 9.5, and 10.5 lbs. Originally I bought the medium but they had too much room and were trying to get in one another's snoozer. The small works well. I really like this product, it's the only way Teddy can ride in the car without puking. |
I love our Snoozer. Jackson is 16lbs and has a medium and can very comfortable lay down, sprawl out, or sit up while still buckled in. He hops right in it now when we get in the car! |
i ordered the snoozer lookout car seat for morgan and i ordered the medium so sometime in the future i want to get morgan a brother |
I have the large Pet Gear Booster seat. My boys are 8 and 9 pounds and fit comfortably. They like sitting up and looking out the window. For longer car trips, I would like to get a second seat for them to lie down and sleep comfortably. I am thinking I will look at the Snoozers for that. |
We have the Snoozer lookout in a size small. Levi is 5.5 pounds and has tons of room in there. :) |
