Wanted: A place to store hairbows
 
I'm looking for something creative and adorable to put all my bows in...right now they're just piled into a cardboard box...:rolleyes: It's really difficult to go through and find the bows I'm looking for that match the outfit they have on where they are now, and I just want an organized way to store them. Any ideas? :)

A large tackle box would be good. I have a rubbermaid set of drawers and the top drawer is shallow and I have them in there

I always tell my customers to keep their bows in a covered craft box made for beads because they keep the bows from being crushed, plus keep them clean and dust free.

My absolute favorite bow box is the Artbin box from Joann's. They are nicer than the opaque plastic bead boxes you find at craft stores. They are heavy, almost like acrylic. They are see through so you can find exactly what you are looking for quickly.

I get the larger 18 compartment box. Two of my bows fit nicely in one compartment, although I do put a third in sometimes when I'm running out of space. You can either buy them at a Joann's store or online:

Thanks guys! I love the holders that you make LilBit, but most of my bows have bands, not clips...:(

I am buying a couple of the artbin storage boxes now!! Thanks for the tip Marjorie!! ;) :)

I use the same thing, rubbermaid drawers. It has 3 drawers, I use 2 for bows, 1 for hair scrunchies and little clips. Also I use a jewelry box for her charms, crystal claw clips, collars ( they'll fit on the necklace hooks) and the few showbows I've bought

I use the drawers, and I also have made some bow holders with ribbons for the ones that are too cute to hide away :P

I have the rubbermaid drawers and in the shallow drawers, I have small rubbermaid like containers that I put all of our bows in. - they never get dusty or flattened. --- I also have various sizes of the small containers to hold their combs/brushes, bags of hair bands, etc.

I love those from joann's too!
My Dad use to get some sort of metal box w/ clear arcrylic (sp) drawers from an auto supply store (to store nuts and bolts, etc) and those work great for tons of little things (hairbows, scrapbooking, crafts, etc).
