Cindy, I'm so happy that your family and furbabies were not hurt. I had a similar situation with a gas grill on my back deck a few years ago when chicken caught on fire, and I know how frightening it see all that fire right above your gas tank. Thank God it didn't explode!!! I got rid of it right and now only use a charcoal grill.

Oh my goodness gracious Cindy, I am so sorry!! :eek: Thank God you guys are ok (furbabies included) - the Lord was really watching over you guys!

I do need to place an order for Tatum's harness - but after seeing this, and hearing how swamped you are - I will definitely give ya a break and wait a little while before ordering.

What a close call. I'm so happy that no one was hurt, and that all the fur-kids are ok, even though Peppy was thought to have been lost.
That was just too close. We just never know what life is going to throw at us. Big hugs to you Cindy. I don't have an order placed with you but if I did, it would certainly be worth the wait. Those 8 silk harness I did get from you are just totally awesome and I can't say that enough.

I wanted to give you an update. I have been pretty much displaced in my own home and my life has been turned upside down this past week. Who would have ever thought that a fire contained to a porch would cause so much havoc. The owner of the professional cleaning company spent several hours with us Tuesday evaluating the house to prepare a preliminary report for the insurance company. The insurance adjusters spent almost all day Wednesday with us, explaining, reassuring, measuring and drawing. The cleaning crew arrived bright and early Thursday morning and started cleaning walls, and contents -- every single thing in every closet was removed, the walls cleaned and the contents were replaced. They spent ALL DAY in my kitchen...... removing cleaning replacing -- the only thing is now I can't find anything -- but it is all spotlessly clean.

However there are a couple of positives --

1) The new bags for the GE Special for Yorkie Yummies arrived and they are very nice. They look very similar to the regular size bags except these are silver on the back rather than black.

2) I am finishing up sewing the squeeky toys to go with the GE Specials. I hope th have them in the mail late this afternoon with the possible exception of those going to Canada. They will go out on Monday.

So by the end of today I will have at least all of the stateside YY orders in the mail and the Canadian orders ready to take to the post office on Monday.

I hope to start sewing tomorrow...... My sewing room is scheduled for cleaning on Monday -- I expect that they will be in here all day long. I will move one of my sewing machines upstairs along with the necessary supplies to start getting orders out.

I am so sincerely awed by your patience with me. In time I will find a special way to thank all of you who have been waiting for your orders.

One last note -- I can fully understand it if any of you would prefer to have a refund rather than continue waiting. If that is the case, please please send me a pm and I will issue a refund asap.

Oh Lord, I don't know how I miss some of these posts! I'm so sorry to hear about your fire but glad to hear that no one got hurt. I'm sure everyone is just glad that you're ok and more than willing to wait for you goods.

I have harnesses, collars, leash and treats from Cindy and they have all been 5 star quality - well worth the wait!

You know we all understand and will gladly wait as long as you need us to wait. Your customer service is phenomenal even in times of crisis. :)
