Has anyone received their items? It's been a week since she posted and said that they were being shipped but we still haven't received ours :( I paid her 2 weeks ago and PM'd Jessica about this but have heard nothing back from her as of yet :(

I paid for my 3 items on 3-12-07 and haven't recieved my things either :(

I paid for my stuff on the 13th and I haven't received any of it, either. My hubby was not very happy about me buying online from a "person" as opposed to a "business", and he has asked me every day about the gowns and dress that I paid for. This is not making me look good... I worked hard to convince him that there were no "bad" people here.... I hope I get my stuff soon, so he will see that it is okay :rolleyes:

I paid for my stuff through paypal, so I sent Jessica a pm today asking for a response from her. If I don't get a response by Monday, I plan to file a complaint with paypal. I hope this will get her in gear. :confused: Has anyone else heard from her or received their stuff yet?

I looked yesterday and she hasn't been on in awhile.I hope everything is ok with her.

I have emailed her and still haven't gotten a response.

Here is what I just sent Jessica. I am fed up with waiting. It takes 2 seconds to get online and post something to let us all know what is going on, I'm sick of it!

Where are you? You have not logged on to YorkieTalk in almost 10 days and you have about 3 or 4 people waiting on their items from you that they PAID you for. INCLUDING ME. It has been far too long since we have paid for our things, and not a single one of us has heard anything from you. What is going on Jessica? You need to get in touch with the people who have ordered from you and give us an explanation as to what is going on and why it has been almost a month since we have paid you and still received nothing.

I really do hope you contact someone, because if not I just want to let you know that we are all reporting you to YT and PayPal for scamming people. This is just getting ridiculous.

I emailed her(Jessica Woody Maryville TN) tngliders@yahoo.com and told her to either mail our things we PAID for or refund our money!

So sorry to hear about all the trouble you guys are having! :( Hopefully she has a good explanation; I hope nothing is wrong with her.:rolleyes:
If she is online it is very rude of her not to respond. :cool: It only takes 2 seconds to reply to a PM, even if it's just to acknowledge that you got it :rolleyes: I hope you guys get your dresses or your refunds! im so pissed off right now :mad: we trusted her and i think we should receive our stuff or a refund.

That is so unforunate that someone would do that!! It's these kind of people that make it so hard for honest people to be trusted =/

I do hope that nothing has happened, but it only takes a second to get online and let even one person know what's going on :(

If she hasn't been on-line in 10 days, maybe something bad has happened to her. Maybe she was in a car accident or a member of her family is ill and in the hospital. I didn't order from her but if I did and this happened, I'd give her the benefit of the doubt for a few more days (hopefully she'll come on YT and respond to PM's or this thread). YT Admin is very strict about being scammed by fellow YT members and if (sadly) this is the case, Admin will ban the member. If this is a scam, I'm sorry it happened to you all. :mad:

PS - Just be aware of the paypal deadline for reporting a scam. I forget what it is but you only have a certain amount of time to report a scam from the time you paid for an item. I'm not sure if it's 30 days or what but I do know that there's a deadline.

Not to sound rude but it has been almost a month and in everyone's opinion who has ordered from her, that should have been PLENTY of time for her to ship the items out. We all feel as though we have waited long enough. I have not heard a single word from her since I paid her almost a month ago letting me know ANYTHING about what I ordered. Heck, I wouldn't even MIND waiting a month if I knew there was good reason, but this is just too fishy.

And nothing bad happened to her and she wasn't in a car accident because she sent Smoochie an e-mail TODAY after Smoochie e-mailed her and said that none of us had heard anything from her or received our items. Jessica e-mailed Smoochie back saying that she couldn't ship them yet because she didn't HAVE A PAYPAL CARD????? :confused: What the heck does THAT mean??? You don't need a PayPal card to ship something off! Just take it to the post office and ship it, lol. That made absolutely no sense to me. And if she can e-mail Smoochie back, why can't she get on here and let the rest of us know what is going on since we haven't heard from her in almost a month? And prior to that she e-mailed sweetpea and said that she hadn't shipped them off yet because of her school hours - it is just excuse after excuse. I didn't even spend hardly any money at all with her and it is not at all about the money, I could care less. It just makes me angry because I bought a few things from a seller off eBay and already paid her for them - well she had the same thing for sale that I THOUGHT I was getting from Jessica, but I didn't buy it from her because I was expecting to receive it from Jessica - well, I never did. So I could have just bought it from the eBay seller that I bought my other items from and saved on shipping but I didn't.

She obviously just doesn't want to mess with shipping them or doesn't have time to - but if that's the case, she needs to just come out and be honest and say it and at least send the people their refunds that spent more money with her than I did.

If I don't hear anything from her by Monday, which I am pretty positive I won't, I have no choice but to report her, at least to YT. No one else deserves to get scammed like we did.

And Jessica if you ever get around to reading this I know you will be upset, but I'm sorry. If you would have just let us all know what was really going on then none of these things would have been posted. When people wait almost a month for their things, don't get them, and don't hear anything from you - they kind of get aggravated. I don't know what else to tell ya...

My husband has asked me every day if I have gotten my stuff. It took my forever to convince him that it was okay to order it from her... and now he is absolutely livid because I still haven't gotten it. I am upset because I really wanted the stuff for my baby girl, but right now that is beside the point.

I, too, have sent Jessica a pm, letting her know that if I don't hear something by Monday I am going to file a claim. I have checked with paypal and this situation fits the qualifications for a formal claim. I hope it doesn't have to come to that, but I am losing faith....:(

I still haven't heard anything.... Everyone has bouts of absentmindedness at times, but this is ridiculous. This is obviously not something that she has forgotten to do or forgotten to respond to, but something that has been purposely done. Unfortunately, she may have ruined a good thing for others, simply by being dishonest :(

We had this happen from another member (Kristy) a while ago. She calimed she was losing her home and needed a certain amount of money to save it. Everyone rushed to buy treats from her website and she never mailed them ANYTHING! Looks like the same thing may be happening again. :thumbdown :thumbdown

No, she hasn't been ONLINE in 10 days ;) Meaning that she has not logged on to YT in that length of time. Well, now it has been 12 days - we still haven't heard anything at all. It has been almost a month since I paid her though, yes. But it doesn't even matter anymore because she is being reported today, by me anyway. I know others who have already done so. But - me being the patient person that I am, I have TRIED to give her the benefit of the doubt and be as nice as humanly possible and wait - but I am not waiting anymore. It's been far too long and it's obvious that she knows exactly what she's doing and that she doesn't intend on sending anyones stuff out. Guess I won't ever be sending money to anyone who isn't a "regular/known" member here :rolleyes: You just can't trust people these days.

Wow that is just crazy!!! Thank goodness I read the whole thread. I dont pay attention to dates usually and was thinking of ordering some stuff.
But I cant believe that no one got anything. No refunds either? What ever came of reporting her? Did she get in any kind of trouble? I am thinking that she pretty much stole the money ya? NOT COOL!!!:mad:
