covers for shopping cart seats I've seen people put their pets in the basket of a shopping cart--they have some kind of cover on the basket and on the cart handle--I would like to get one--think of the germs at Petco... |
Josie just sits in her puppy purse. |
Dayzee hates her carriers/purses. She is 7# and doesn't want to be confined. I should have started day 1 but I waited too long. Some places I use the stroller but I liked those covers. |
Are they the ones used for human babies? |
Ive never seen those but its not a bad idea. I usually hold chloe and if I am doing some serious shopping that requires a cart and the use of both hands, I set her in her carrier and put that in the front seat of the cart. :) |
Yes, I guess it would be the one, for the babies. |
My son is 15.5 months and I use this shopping cart cover for him. I love it because it doesn't let him touch any part of the basket. It'd be great for a fur baby too. It's very plush www.sewcuteboutique.com |
Gus is always in his carrier. it fits perfectly in the front of the cart. But if I were to take him out I guess it would be cool to have a seat cover for him. I didn't let the kids sit with out a blanket under them and I still carry around a blanket for Cherish (my 3 year old niece) when we go shopping and she has to sit in a cart. |
JMO but I don't think its a safe place to ride a furbaby in a shopping cart seat. Too many accidents could occur when you look away, you wouldn't want to find their feet caught or them dangling by their leash or worse yet, get excited and try to jump out. They are safer in their carrier. Just thought I'd mention it for safety reasons. Those shopping cart covers are a great invention for human babies, wish they had those when I needed one, back when. |
