I know retractables can be problematic, but they do have a stop on them. Is there one on this leash? Or is it only going to stretch but so far and you have to know it?
I am not totally understanding this leash.
Thanks! | It is 2 feet long and stretches to 6 feet. I walk dogs everyday, I have found this leash to be so wonderful!
If you buy a leash in the store you normally get 4-6 feet. I know in my experience with walking all kinds of dogs, this leash has been very easy. Just like any leash, you control it. So, if you are approaching a street, you take up some slack. It becomes habit that when you see something approaching that might scare your furbaby, you take the slack up. Or when you approach a street, you take the slack up. I do that with all leashes and this is no different. I sometimes wrap it around my hand but again, I do that with ANY leash if I don't want them to have all the distance.
In my opinion I like it better. It stays off the ground. It is very troublesome walking several dogs at one time and the leash getting tangled and twisted up, this leash prevents that. At the same time, it is very cute and fun!
Hope this helps! :) thanks so much! Quote:

Good point Lady Jane. I put in an order, but after seeing the video now I'm not so sure. I'm getting my puppy today and obviously she isn't leash trained yet so I suppose I need to do that first. Definitely cute leashes, though. | I did get your pm. Just let me know what you decide.:) Thanks. |
