I ordered a 20# bag, I have two picky eaters, one of them liked it really well.

Well I gave my babies the sample today that you sent and they LOVE it! They are very picky and I worry they are too skinny sometimes, well they gobbled this up and was looking at me like "that's it?" LOL Guess I am gonna have to order me some of this now.

I recently changed my two over because they had got to the point that they didn't like the Blue Buffalo. They are really loving this food. Bogie has bad eye boogers and even with TOTW and blue he still had them. They are almost non exsistent now. I like the fact that when you sign up for auto ship you never have to worry about running out or like me driving 30 miles for a decent food. It is no more expensive than Blue Buffalo even with shipping.;):)

Kristie...that is fabulous. I just wanted to tell you that when you go to the dry dog food page there is a calculator. It will help with setting up an autoshipment. I would think a 20 lb bag would last 2 months. But calculate it and see. I am so happy they liked it.

Ok cool. : ) I just bought a bag of TOTW so I will use a little more of it and then get the LA so I can mix them and change them over. So excited to see them eat something so good since they normally just kind of pick.

My yorkie liked it but I hated paying the shipping cost. She also loved the peanut butter cookies but they didn't ship well, sometimes they arrived mostly crumbs. But I think it's a good product.

I just wanted to tell you thanks again for sending these samples to my guys!! :) They have all tried it and there are mixed reviews....which is the norm arond here since I have 4 and it's tough to please them all. ;) I do plan to buy some of the canned food from you, though. Livi tends to be quite difficult to eat at times and she did like the canned so I am going to stock up on those. :)

Did you call customer service?I have never had any broken up like that. They have a satisfaction guarantee, so I would let them know. :) Was your product on autoship, the discount helps. :)

Yes it was autoship. I did call about the cookies because I also noticed some were harder than other batches rec'd. I was told that the hardness/softness of the cookies could vary due to how they were made. The softer cookies arrived fine, the harder/drier cookies arrived with very few actual cookies, mostly pieces/crumbs.

Thats sooo great that you are offering free samples! My kids would love to try out the kibble, I pm'd ya!! :)
