I bought this amazing collar for Lucy, but it is too big!

I got it two days ago, so it is unused, unworn, brand new...... you get it.

I paid $45.00 for it and just want my money back so that I can buy her a size smaller. I know it is a little expensive, but it is a handmoade ultra- soft suede collar, so it's totally worth it. Not to mention it is so so so so cute!

Size: SMALL 9-10.5" (1/2" wide)

In the middle of the big pink bow there is a swavaroski crystal!
