I would like to start this LLLOOONNNGGG post by saying - My customers are very valuable to me – YOU are always right and I strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with each transaction - I take your cares and concerns very seriously. I have been offering the Silk Step-In Harnesses, for almost five years, and I have grown from having a few orders per week to having several per day. In the beginning, I was able to sew and ship within a day or so, now the lead time is 3 weeks, and sometimes a few days longer. Since my accident in 11/2007, I am not able to sit and sew for long periods of time so my “stretch breaks” plays a major role in the longer lead time.

With that said, I wanted to touch bases with all of my friends/customers and let you know that I will be our of town May 2 – 8. My husband has received the ultimate honor of his career – he has been nominated to speak at the WES in Orlando at the Orlando World Trade Center. This is the largest annual event for Research In Motion (makers of the Blackberry SmartPhone). In addition to the Speaking honor, he has won the International Wireless Leadership Award. So I will be accompanying him for support and to be a proud spectator as he speaks and receives his Awards. I hope to share the videos when they are released for those who would like to take a look-see……

What this means to my customers is this: I will be working fast and furious getting orders out, but if I am not able to get your order out within the 3 week lead time I will send you a pm. As always, if you would prefer a refund – I will gladly send you an immediate PayPal refund. If you agree to the few extra days wait, then I will thank you by including a Squeak-N-Treat toy/treat combo with your order.

Again, each and every one of you are very special and very important to me. I will definitely keep you updated.

:eek::thumbup::thumbup: Geezzzz ..... I'm proud of him too!! What an honor! Don't worry for a minute about orders .... don't care if Toto's isn't sent until next year! We would be much happier if you just concentrate on your trip and get lots of rest so you & Hubby can have a wonderful trip and enjoy every second of it!! Good job and just remember that none of our Hubbys could do a good job without their "Cheerleaders"!!! :p Have a ton of fun and make lots of pictures!

Fantastic news, Congrats to your Hubby and you. This is a great time to visit Disney, it's hot but not so bad that you suffer. FYI, They do have the motorized chairs that you can rent for 25. a day just reserve or have the hotel reserve one for you at a park you might want to visit. If you have time ofcourse. Night time is the best at Disney because of the fireworks and light shows, parades they have each night in different parks. I feel sure you will have some free time to enjoy the sights.
