Just went through back surgery to have a disc removed. I can certainly sympathize. Back pain has got to be the worse pain there is. Hope you can find out what is going on because sometimes it just gets worse if you let it go. I put mine off way too long and almost got to the point of not being able to walk. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

I am so sorry you are in pain. Pain of any kind sucks! Hope you get to feeling better.

from one Cindy to another....girl i feel for you....im under the care a a chiropractor now to try and slow down degenerative disc disease...so far so good...but still have pain here and there...800 mg Ibuprofen works great.....my doctor is hopeing to save me 15 -20 years before fusion surgery...good luck to you

Cindy, I am sure sorry to hear you are having pain. Sure hope you dont overdue things....sometimes you just have to listen to your body and let it have the time to heal! Will keep you in my prayers for a speedy recovery! :D

Cindy can I point out something to you...when your sitting be careful to not cross your legs. That causes serious back pains...especially the lower area. I know you sit and sew and then you spend a few hours on here a day ;0) so try to be concious.

I did that same thing not so recently between work and home and though I was going to be crippled from the pain. Took a whole weekend in bed to work out the kinks. It causes pinched nerves.

I echo the Chiropractor. Mine works wonders and has helped mostly cease my migraines since I began seeing him 3 years ago.
