Bully Sticks are the best! I finally was able to get to Pet Smart yesterday, we had an out of town wedding that we cut short just to go. I never get out of that store for less than $100, why is that? Spoiled DOG! I got some bully sticks, even though they were expensive, yikes! BUT he loves them. He even chewed it in bed last night while we slept because there was no getting it away from him! Why do they have to be SOOOOO expensive??? |
Yes, mine love them too! I get them the Merrick flossies just because they do not have the smell. I have to get them at Pet People and they are also expensive especially with three babies. |
Glad you found Bully Sticks for your furbaby. My Rudy LOVES bully sticks also. Keeps him entertained for a while. :D We get ours at Pet Supplies Plus and Red Barn makes them. Rudy gets one as a treat every now and then. Or if I want to get something done and know he will be "entertained". ;) |
Confused?? What's the bully sticks secret? Destiny has no interest! Obviously she must be a yorkie imposter because she could care less... So what kind should I try? Need her to chew on something cuz those baby teeth need to come out! Suggestions?? |
It may take some 'chewing' to get her interested. I have to hold the stick for Trixie until she starts chewing and it gets a little soppy, then she takes it from there. Also, 'flossy's' may be good to start with, because they are easier to chew. |
They are expensive because of demand and also they are made from the "skin" that surrounds the bull penis, and not the penis itself, so that cuts down on the amount of skin that can be retrieved after slaughter. Be careful with those things. They can cause some serious diarrhea. |
Bully sticks definately ARE the best. My only wish for them was that they weren't so darn stinky! Tobi's breath smells GROSS after chewing on them! :shocked7q |

Rudy love to chew on the non-edible Nylabones. Hope that suggestion was a help. :) Quote:

My boys love them, they only get them on the weekend or if it's raining and they are very bored. The most recent ones I bought are very stinky. (and very expensive) but they really love them. My yorkie also has to have his shih poo brother "start" them for him. He's not interested until it's a little soggy on the end. |
LOVE EM! Well the babies do I mean. I only get red barn...they dont stink! |
they are obviously smoked which causes an odor, i'd rather smell that then risk smelling anything else! Pigs ears gross me out more! |
