about those fancy pants and belly bands. im thinking about getting those for my babies since i always taking them with me to my friend's or family's houses. most of my friends/family have dogs and my male, lucky always wants to mark his territory everywhere! and my baby girl, laila just always pees when she gets excited =/ so now i've decided to invest in some cute fancy pants and belly bands so that i don't have to worry about messing up their floors. my questions are, do they really work? and where do i buy the sanitary pads? oh yeah.. do any you guys know any great websites to purchase the fancy pants and belly bands for a good price and are CUTE? thanx so much =) |

Yes, they definately work to keep the pee off furniture and such. You attach a maxi pad, any brand works fine, I just buy the generic brand at the grocery store. You can cut them in half if you need to. I sell both the bands and panties on my site in a few different designs and styles. I'm also in California, where are you? |

im from so. cali. i live in oxnard, right by malibu.. and yourself? |

It depends on how much they pee. I use the regular maxi pads for my boy cause he marks everything! And I use the pantyliners if I take my girl to someone's house because she does the excited pee thing. I'm in Sacramento...We have a lot of S. Cali yorkie owners here! |

Don't mean to "butt" in Ladies, but I've used the incontinence pads with the bellyband (soak up a lot more urine). I used to cut them in half....the extra-lights work really good and they're not as cumbersome. Good Luck! |

4 Attachment(s) I know what you mean! I used to feel soo embarrased when Smudge would pee in someone elses house, but now he wears a belly band when we have people over or when I take him somewhere! They are great! I sell both the belly bands and the girl diapers on my site and they are made by Des(Tiger's Mom) at go.fetch! |

hi i would like to see photo of the inside of the diaper.if anyone have some photo. thank you for any help.:aimeeyork |

pics of inside of bellyband 1 Attachment(s) I would have to take pics of the inside of the diaper. All my diapers have an inner plastic lining and the outer lining that goes against the baby's skin is a soft diaper flannel. The elastic diapers the elastic is sewn inside as to not pinch hair. Some people line the diapers with the same fabric they use to make the diaper and thats ok too. Its best to use a pad anyway so that the baby can wear the diaper all day and you just change the pad out. I like using flannel because it softer and fleece is another option that people use. It just preference. Well i hope you find what you are looking for and if i get time later i will upload some pics of the inside of the diapers Melinda sassy-petwear |

elastic belly band !! :animal36 :: :D My Bogie wears a belly band anytime he goes into someones home, 'cause he likes to lift! I have bought two or three different brands & like the ones from dog-bows.com They have elastic on both sides & tend to hold better than any others. They come in different fabrics & colors. |

I agree, the elastic style is great! i offer these on my website as well, they stay in place so well. |
