Need Brush Advise Please I have been reading about the Chris Christensen Brushes and have read the old thread about them as well. I went to a dog show this weekend and saw one of the basic brushes with silver pins. When I rubbed it up my arm it did scratch my arm. The vendor didn't seem to know much about the brushes and I thought maybe it was a fake. I would really like a fusion brush but have no clue what length pins to get. The 1" pins look sooooooooo long. I have four Yorkies and they all have different coat types. The largest is about 12lbs, is in long coat and it is thick. I have always used brushes with the shorter pins in the past but I wanted the opinion of some of you who have these brushes. Also if anyone knows where to order these for the best price. Thanks!! I have the gold series and the fusion brushes, both 20mm. I have a smaller size brush itself in the fusion. I didn't care for just the regular CC brush myself. But I wouldn't trade the two I have! I love them. The 20mm works well on my very thick cotton haired girl and my thick haired puppy. It works well on silky hair too, but I mostly use a comb on her. Oh, I ordered both of them from www.NeedsNDesires.com when they were having a sale. |
I just bought the gold series CC brush and at first try wasn't that impressesd, but after bathing Cali and using it again it is pretty good. It did not scratch when I rubbed it on my arm. Pixie has such a silky straight come all I do is run the CC butter comb rught thru it. |
I have both the 27mm Fusion and the 20mm Gold Series Pin brushes and prefer the 20mm lenght pin the 27mm seems to give a little too much if that makes sense. |
I Just Received My 20mm Cc Gold Brush Yesterday. Henry Loves It.he Was Actually Still While I Brushed Him. He Has A Thin Coat. Gb |
