Where can I find inexpensive Collars? That hold those swavarski(sp?) Letters? I had bought a collar for ginger and it came with the letters, but Oreo chewed it up so bad that she couldn't wear it anymore. so i'm wondering where i can get another one? i always see them for $30+ plus the letters, i don't need the letters.. just the collars, and hopefully not that expensive. i'm on a tight doggie budget (if i do decide to buy my 3rd family member).. :p |
I was just askin a friend at work about this and she said that they carry them at Petsmart. I dont know how well that will look, me working at Petco and shopping at Petsmart but I dont care they dont have what I want so I am going to check out the competition. I haven't checked yet since I was just asking about this the other day. |
for sure the ones at my petco, don't carry it. or my local pet store.. i don't have a petsmart thats even close to me.. so i don't bother going there.. i was hoping online they do. i've tried target, but no luck! |
You could take a letter with you for size. Just slip on the end of a collar to see if it fits. They sell those crystal letters at the dollar stores here. I have the entire alphabet plus extra vowels *grin* Mine go on a bracelet that also fits around Mya's neck but I feel safer when she is in her harness when not at home. |
i just want to use these collars for looks, because i use a harness when i walk them.. but when i'm holding them i'd like them to look spiffy with their name on their cute collar :) |
there is this small pet store in Burbank...close to where I live...they have so many nice stuffs..maybe they would have what you're looking for...the store's name is "PET HAVEN"..and it is in Glenoaks...and it is just across the street where Burbank High is...it is a corner store...I just can't remember the street..but it would be worth checking the store since it's not that far from North Hollywood... |

Now her collars dont last forever(if your dog wears it everyday) but they are fairly cheap. My dogs chew on them sometimes and eventually after 6-12 months the collar start to falll apart but its easy to replace for$5 so I dont really care.
