4 legged velour jumpsuit troubles i bought romeo this velour jumpsuit to keep warm with the frigid weather. the problem is he pulls his legs out. do this happen to anyone else? http://www.dog.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=011018+XS+GRY |
Maybe its to big. Thats what happens to Teddy with a sweater I bought from Petsmart size xs but that dosent happen with xxs. Just a thought though. Hope it works out. |
Yep, Jaden does it all the time! I normally will roll the pants leg up one or two times and then it is harder for him to get his legs out of it so he stays in them. |
My Ben acts like he cannot walk in anything with legs. He can, he just doesn't like the feeling, I guess. So, I have decided to not make him wear anything with legs. He needs to be comfortable. |
Destiny does the same thing. I just bought her a pair of pj's and although they fit perfectly she manages to find a way of getting her legs out of them all the time. So I will have to alter them some how to where she won't be able to do it anymore. |
Toto does that too and although she has lots & lots of PJ's & Jumpsuits, I just put up with it. It's a pain in the rear but I can't stand the thought of her being cold! :p Even though the XS fits perfectly, I, too, roll the little legs/arms up and it helps. My bigger problem is when she goes pee, she invariably pees down one of her legs!! I am constantly putting dry jammies on her. She has such short little legs, I suppose she is too low to the pad?!? ;) |
I don't have a lot of experience with long-legged garmets, but I wonder if the velour is so soft and flexible that it doesn't hold it's shape? I dress my guys in fleece, and I haven't had that problem. |
