I love Rena's stuff, she is great - i have been bying from her ever since i got my first baby, most of their clothes come from Rena, she custom makes, and is always friendly, and helpful :thumbup:

Okay so the tears are coming down pretty hard right now, You guys and gals are super special! I spent so much time yesterday trying t figure out what I dd wrong, and really do not understand. I have recieved so many personal emails and now this thread that I cant even begin to even tell oyu all how special you are! It is very humbling and has made me realize how blessed we all are! Thank you thank you no thank you all from the bottom my heart! and the girls, Gina, Anna,Cle, and Heather. I am sorry it had to be so horriable, I am very teary girl right now, I said girl just to make myself feel younger! LOL See I can laugh! LOL

I can't say enough GOOD about Rena and her clothes :) I have bought many items from her and I have always been extremely happy with everything :D I've always been amazed at how fast she gets back to my emails and never gets sick of my crazy questions. She is the sweetest person and I will continue to shop with her until she quits making clothes ;) She is definately high on our lists of favorite sellers :D

Not only have the clothes I've purchased from Rena held up extremely well, she's gets high points from me for customer service.

Last year I needed 6 custom made t-shirts for 6 different dogs in about 2 weeks:eek: Rena came through with flying colors!

Rena, you were so sweet when we ordered from you last time. I must have given you the wrong measurments and you were so kind to remake them for me! I still appreciate it and will order again soon!

I have ordered TONS of things from Rena for the rescue and she is ALWAYS super fast and super helpful. Even her custom orders are FAST FAST FAST!!!
She is the dearest person and always has bent over backwards to help me with any questions or special things I have wanted to order.:)

Rena is THE BEST! :cheer: :cheer: I have ordered an ungodly amount of clothing from her :p and we always LOVE everything sooooooo much! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: I can't say enough awesome things about her! :D

I've ordered several times from Rena for both Crosley & Wrigley and I was really pleased with all the shirts & pjs and she was wonderful to deal with in all my experiences! Super quick, responsive and helpful!

I have been away from the forum for a while now due to having started a new job. Looks like I have missed quite a bit here. Rena, you are AWESOME!! I don't know what the negative things said were as posts have been deleted but to me, the positive has FAR outweighed the negative:) The times I've ordered from you, you patiently answered my emails, gave me the information I needed, and then was able to place my order. I have never had to wait more than a week to receive anything I've ordered from you in the past. Gage absolutely LOVES the outfits I've gotten from you. He's packed on a couple pounds since my last order so I'll be ordering new things from you soon. Keep your chin up - keep smiling - find laughter in your tears - and never, ever forget how truly special you are to quite a few of us here:)

Let me share one of my many experiences with Rena ...

I ordered a front legs-out stlye carrier for Codie in a green camo print. Rena made it but I wasn't happy with the straps (I have a bad neck/shoulder area and get a lot of there) so I needed the straps to be padded and in a criss-cross fashion. I sent the carrier back and she fixed it with no problems. But I STILL wasn't happy. So what did she do? She told me to send it back and she fixed it some more, all of this for FREE.

Rena was SO incredibly patient with me and she never charged me for all the adjustments or shipping of the carrier back to me several times. In addition, I've ordered several shirts and they're all awesome. Rena is fabulous, caring and talented. I will be a lifetime member for sure!! :thumbup:

Rena, you ROCK!

PS - Expect an order from me soon! The babies need some new shirts for the warm spring weather! :p
