Pet Edge AGH! I ordered from Pet Edge on the 25th and received it today. Everything was fine except the fact that they left out 12 YES 12 of my items.:mad: I am on hold with them right now. Just letting everyone know. |
Well I finally got off hold. They said it was very bizarre because the weight showed that the items were in the package and so did UPS's weight. Well none of the pet edge tape seals were broken on the boxes so I will tell you that the boxes were obviously shipped out without the items. I do not know how you overlook 12 items unless if you are just purposely not putting them in the box. Anyway long story short she is sending me the items "free of charge" and they should be here in a week or less, and I probably will not order from them again. :thumbdown |

That really stinks. I've ordered from them many times and luckily never had any problems. But how in the world could they forget 12 things!? Geesh. Well, the upside is.. you get some 12 free things! hehe Sorry you had to go through all that to get them though! |

Most retail stores buy from them and if you've looked at different dog clothes on the web, you will see quite a bit of their things selling for more than double what you can buy from them. |
I have ordered from Petedge at least a dozen times! I have never had a problem with them! And when I have had to exchange things for size, everything was here promtly and my charge card has always been right. They have never messed anything up at all. People are human.....give them a 2nd chance. Are they sending out the things that were forgotten...YES....are they charging you for the shipping...NO....I don't get why you are soooo angry. They are making it right.......Be happy they are doing that. Many companies would not....... |
I have never had any problems w/ PetEdge, so I am sorry to hear about your package. All of my packages have gotten to me w/in the same week and I have never had anything missing or any problems. I really like them. Sorry you are having problems....that is nice that you are still able to get the items and them not charge any further charges - which is how it should be, but they are going by the honesty of people...some people out there may say they didn't get anything and really did....companies just don't know these things...I think that is why so many charge for the shipping - to atleast cover the costs. --I am no way saying that you are a liar or anything...I have just run into this through eBay before, some people!-- I hope if you do shop w/ them again, it will be a much better experience. |
Me too! I've used PetEdge many many times and have never experienced any problems with them. In fact I think they are great!!! They always ship stuff quick and never have a problem if i need to return something. sorry to hear you had a bad experience. But I too think it shows good customer service if they are sending them just by taking your word for it. |
I am sorry I re-read my posts and it looks like I need a BIG attitude adjustment. I am not angry about this situation, I am more.....dissappointed in the company. I do understand how you can get mixed up and may be put a Small in the box when someone orders a Medium, but 3 people just ignoring 12 things a little suspicious. You all made me realize that they are correcting it and that its all good:)! I guess I may order from them in the future. Thanks for making me realize it. |
