Grooming Table Input Please I am looking at this grooming table and would like some input. It is 18" x24x30 -- it is one of the portable "ringside" type tables. The cost seems reasonable enough roughly $60.00 with $18.00 shipping. The two things I like best about this particular model is: http://cgi.ebay.com/Ringside-Extra-S...QQcmdZViewItem 1) It folds up 2) It is small -- hopefully there wouldn't be enough room for one to "wiggle" goo much.... this is also my only concern..... |
It says shipping is $52, where are you seeing $18? |
I think it is calculating postage per your zip. The company is located in Georgia 'cause I will have to pay sales tax :( . But when I log in to ebay it says $17.78 -- I just rounded up to $18.00 -- :( now I am concerned -- I wouldn't do $52.00 shipping. I am going to have to contact the seller. |
When I type in my zip the shipping comes up to around $28.00. THIS IS MY 400th POST!!!!!!!!!!! I know to some of you that have like 50,000 it may mean nothing, BUT I HAVE HIT A LANDMARK!!! Ok, I realize I need to get a life.... omega |
I don't know anything about this table but I love the one I got from e-bay a while back. I think I told you about it - maybe sent you a pic? It's just the right size and is working out great for me. Kaya is scared to death of it, but the others are ok. Even my 19lb fat mini schnauzer uses it! omega |
Buying a grooming table was one of my best purchaes ever!!!!! It helps alot!!! Also very helpful in nail cutting. I LOVE mine!!!!!! |
ok this may sound stupid.... but how do they work?? i know they have noose thing on them, but does that keep the dog from squirming around?? or how do you keep your guys from moving around and trying to get away?? |

table I have that exact same table...I use it now for my pets..but I perfer a regular grooming tables to groom in bulk. I like the height of a regular table, as I stand up to groom sometimes and a noose works better...doing my few pets works fine with the little portable table. Although, Walmart had a very similiar type for $20...they fold, top is plastic..came in bright greens, pinks, blues..I bought one of those also..I glued a bath mat to it for fraction. |
Yes I did win -- $51.00 plus $17.95 for s & h! I AM SO EXCITED!!!! |
