BAD Dog Clothing Website 1 Attachment(s) Just letting everyone know that www.icycoolproduct.com is a BAD website I made an order and its been like 3 weeks now and I had been in contact with the guy up until I sent off the money but NOW that he has it he has made NO CONTACT with me :mad: and I tried SEVERAL TIMES to get in contact with him. I learned about him because he was on eBay (STILL IS So watch Out) and I had purchased through eBay and got my outfit........well I went to his website to purchase more $26.95 more to be exact and NO PRODUCT....I hate to think that people do this take your money and run :mad: Does anyone know what kind of action I can take on this man and his website I know its not alot of money but still its the idea that he just took it :mad: My cousin's huband is a lawyer so I will talk to him tomorrow but do any of ya'll know of anything. This was the first outfit I had bought from him on eBay, so YTers if you see this type of clothing on eBay BEWARE! :mad: |

Darn! I hope you still get your items you ordered. It's possible there could be an emergency in his life where he has gotten behind on orders. Did he have a good feedback on Ebay? I looked at his site and he sure has good prices, but I guess that's not so great if you never get the merchandise! |
If you paid by credit card, you can dispute the charge because you did not receive the product and he did not communicate with you. If he is selling on Ebay, is his website an Ebay store? If so, Ebay's safe harbor program might be able to help. Lastly, there is an internet better business bureau http://www.bbbonline.org/where you can file a complaint and get assistance, or you can go to the secretary of state for the state he runs his business from and they can help you resolve this. Wow, that's something because I've purchased around 4 items from icycoolproducts on ebay. I've never had a problem with them (him) and I bought them all on seperate occasions. I love the overalls, Kodak has them in a diff color and I bought a pink color for my little girl. Hope you can get this taken care of. good luck |

I don't know whats up with these dog clothing stores they all are pretty much horrible. Im a big consumer. And have bought dog clothes from pretty much everywhere. And www.moderntails.com have rude people working for them and they never want to return stuff for you and will charge you huge fee to if they do let you return stuff . i just used www.funnyfur.com a few days ago and they gave me a leash that doesnt work right and they are giving me a big stink and wont exchange it for me they have horrible customer service. All these stores charge so much for there clothes and have bad customer service i dont know how they are all still in business. |
I'm glad you received your order, so they never replied to your email at all? It is so hard to trust small businesses selling on the web because of how many dishonest people are out there. I try my best to be careful, but don't really know what it is we really need to know to be careful. I honestly will not pay by money order ever, for anything.. no matter how well known the business is. That leaves absolutely no way to get your money back if someone is scamming or dishonest Quote:
