I was gonna try this toothpaste, but... it says for veterinary use only? What's up with that? :( I wanted the vanilla mint flavor. Anyone ever heard of it or used it? http://www.sitstay.com/cgi-bin/sdisp.cgi/HBTD.lg.jpg 2.5 oz, Vanilla Mint Flavor $4.99 HBTT CET Enzymatic Toothpaste can be used for both dogs and cats. It uses a dual enzyme system to remove and inhibit plaque. Unlike "people" toothpastes, this toothpaste is meant to be swallowed. Remember, daily brushing will give your dog fresher breath, better health and a longer life. Active Ingredients: Glucose Oxidase, Lactoperoxidase. Also contains: Sorbitol USP/NF, Purified Water USP, DI-Calcium Phosphate Anhydrous, Hydrated Silica, Glycerine, Dextrose, Xanthan Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Benzonate, Potassium Thiocyanate. The Chicken Flavor also includes Poultry Digest for the chicken flavor. |
I've used it. I really like it and Simon & Hallie liked the flavor. Maybe it says that b/c it's usually sold through a vet, that's where I bought mine. |
That's the paste we use now. It is chicken flavored and my dogs like it. I too got my first tube through my vet.......BUT I now purchase it online as a kit that comes with a long two sided blue toothbrush for cheaper. |
Right under C.E.T. on the box it says "Home Dental Care." So I'm sure it's just sold by vets, not only for vet use. |
