Dog Gone Good Stuff I have to be honest here and I don't know if anyone on YorkieTalk is involved with them but if they are I hope then they say something and get that place fixed up! This is the SECOND time I ordered there I did it against my better judgement but they were the only place that had a warm jacket I was looking for. The first time I ordered there they sent the wrong sizes and then REFUSED to exchange them for the correct sizes, and also I ordered a PINK jacket and they sent it in BLUE, and told me "oh it's only available in blue" Well then why did they give me the option to order in pink? The lady was very rude to me who I talked with through email saying I was an "idiot" and that it was MY problem. So I was left with a ton of clothes that didn't fit Tila at ALL. Now I ordered this eskimo jacket, in SMALL, and guess what? medium. I really hope they handle this correctly, or I will be very angry and will probablly call my credit card company and file a report. this is just ridiculous! I really hope this hasn't happen to anyone else, and that everyone is careful about this place. sorry if this offends anyone but take this as a serious warning. |
GEEZ! That IS completely ridiculous! I think you should DEFINATELY file a report with your credit card company. That is just uncalled for and NOT the way anyone should do business!:eek: :eek: :eek: |

Threaten them with the Better Business Bureau...Unless they stipulate somewhere on their site that they do not take returns(which this would be stupid) they don't have a leg to stand on...You should receive what you ordered in the size, color, style etc....not what they HAD. If they didn't have what you ordered they should have told you OR asked if they could send you something comparable... thats my 2 cents worth! |
It says they do take returns actually looking right before I posted this it's changed since my first order now they CHARGE you for returns? whatever. I've ordered from big websites before, and there have been times when things ran out right after I ordered, and they seemed perfectly capable of handling it, even looking around the website to find similar items, and offering them at the price I paid if the new item cost more, or if the item cost less, then I would get charged that price. so either way I would pay the same amount, or maybe less. |

Did you try speaking with the owner/manager of the place? Do you have a copy of your invoice where you ordered the specific colors/sizes? If you do, they don't have a LEG to stand on! I can't stand companys with such poor service. Makes me angry! |
