Thats so exciting! I bet friday cant come soon enough!! I got my xpen on ebay..it was about $35-$40..better than all the other ones! PM me if you want the sellers name :D |
She's gonna be one spoiled little girl. I liove all the pink stuff. Let me know when you're ready for some pink dresses, or maybe a nice pink fleece coat trimmed with fur. |
Great shopping spree! You are going to have a very lucky little girl! My Bella has the same bowls from Target - actually Bella's may be a bit smaller since they're lifted up on a little stand. Enjoy the new baby! |
Warning A word of caution regarding the retractable leash. If your new Yorkie is a puppy, or is smallish - I would advise against the retractable leash. I use one on my 6.5 lb male Yorkie Bomber and I hate to say it but sometimes I lose my grip on it and it takes off and slams right into him. Fortunately, he is very quick - and he always sees it coming and goes into a duck and cover position -- lol, and he's never gotten hurt. But a smaller Yorkie might. I wouldn't think of using on my little puppy Rosie - 3.5 lbs. And now when I walk Bomber - I am very very careful not to let go of the leash - but I realliy advise against it for small doggies. I also am a strong proponent of using a harness and not a collar. I lost my 12 year old Yorkie Jasmine 2 years ago to complications from a collapsed trachea - and never knew prior to that that putting a collar on a Yorkie can exacerbate this condition. Just wanted to alert you because I'm sure you wouldn't want to take any risks with your new baby. Good luck with the new baby!! Leslie |

What lovely things you bought! |
You got such cute things for your baby! I remember doing that before I got Maddie and there sat the stuff all ready for her! It's so exciting! Can't wait to see pics of your little doll in her pretty pink bed! |
How exciting is that!! You did some great shopping  Love the pink dishes, and the bed is so adorable. It's almost like preparing for a real baby, i remember my shopping for the girls and all the fun i had, and how nervous i was, laying in bed at night thinking i forgot this and that LOL |
