I am still debating on a Juicy carrier...I LOVE one I saw but of course it's $295 :confused:

I know some of you have the Celltei carriers and they just seem so HUGE to me. I don't want to feel like I am carrying luggage around.

I have a carrier I got off eBay when I first got Diamond but it was only $20 and there is no seperate place/compartment for MY things like cell phone, wallet, id, keys, etc.

Any suggestions? Or places to find Juicy carriers cheaper?

I found some but they are older styles or colors that I didn't like :(

I don't think there is much size difference between the juicy carriers and the smaller celltei carriers... If you look at the dimensions they're quite similar I believe (I looked at EVERY carrier trying to find something that wasn't bulky and still ended up with a Celltei - I'm quite happy with it). I love the juicy bags, and if you can find a real one cheap, then go for it!

I love the petflys carrier www.petflys.com!! I bought it in the smallest and I absolutely love it I want to use it as my puse because it is sooo cute!!

Laur, I have a Juicy and I really like it. I do have to say it is a little bulkier than I wish it was and I think I'm going to get a messenger carrier now- not that I wont still use the Juicy. How big do you expect Diamond will get? Shana has a cute one too I debated getting before I got my Juicy and it was pretty small.- let me go find it and I'll post the link.

Okay, shoot- I can't find it. It was black and also came in pink. I'll look again tomorrow, maybe I'm just missing it.

Don't you worry about counterfit designer items on Ebay?

I just tried to sell a Kate Spade bag, Brahmin bag, Prada bag and Brighton bag......all are the real deal.....on Ebay.....and none of them sold.......and I know mine are real......bought from NM, or Saks....etc.....


Oh well, guess the dog carrier fund will have to wait....LOL

I would only buy if the price was great. Personally, I am not looking for a Juicy dog bag .... I just ordered a "No Name" bag from Petsmart ... but some ladies on here expressed a desire for one ... I doubt they want to pay more than 50-70$ so unless the price is good, they won't buy them ....

as alwayz ... Caveat Emptor ....

But you do bring up a good point in today's atmosphere.

Yeah I like the Juicy bags but it might be annoying to carry after awhile as opposed to wearing the bag on your shoulder. I think the Juicy bags look better when they are carried in your hand or on your arm, they do have the option to be held like a messenger but in my opinion, they look better the other way. The whole point of this was that a messenger type bag or one that can be worn over the shoulder is A LOT easier and more comfortable especially when you are holding other things!!

Yeah, that's my biggest problem with the Juicy, carrying it in my hand. I don't like the shoulder strap either. I keep debating ordering this one form Trixie and Peanut.

I just received my Celltei carrier. I ordered the XS Pak o Pet in black. I must tell you I abousoletly love it! There are so many features for me that make it so appealing. I had been looking at carriers over the past 3 years and had made a couple of purchases that were ok but not what I really wanted. I had almost purchased a Sherpa, but then made a cutesy purchase instead. Glad I did that, because had I purchased the Sherpa, I could not have justified getting the Celltei.
I happen to be 5'1/2" on a good day(I keep telling everyone that someday I will be tall). So size is always an issue for me. I will try to tell you what sold me. But it wasn't until I had it in my hands that I really realized the value of the carrier.

1. Sized to accomadate my yorkie.
2. place to put a warm pak or cold pak depending on weather conditions.
3. place for a h20 bottle( not sure if I will use it but it is there)
4. place for seat belt to secure so it will not tip over. For me this was important. I did not want a carrier tipping over. Not that I drive wild, it just that sometimes they will lean against the side and next thing you know it tipped over.
5. Doesn't look like a piece of luggage, however it's not to fluffy looking so even my husband can carrier her.
6. Extremely well made.
7. pockets for stuff.
some thing I did not know, it has these privacy panels that you can open or close. I thought that was really, really cool!

Anyways, I needed something that would met all of our needs and Celltei does that. I know pics would help. But Iam having trouble getting them out of my Kodak program.
Anyways I hope that helps. For me this will be the only carrier that I will need. :p
BTW it comes with it's own cell phone holder
