Wanna entertain your Yorkie?? 1 Attachment(s) I went to Petsmart today to pick up food and of course new toys. Got the "Bumble Ball"...It comes with batteries and shakes and bounces, Schatzie LOVES it!! I had to laugh because when Schatzie picks it up it shakes her too!!! (gently of course, LOL) It's not a chew toy but just a toy for them to pounce on, bite at, growl at, bark at, and as Schatzie does, Freak out at!! Here's a picture!! |
Neato! That is just SO cool! I saw it at PetSmart last weel while shopping and wondered if it would be a fun toy. I'll definitely put that on Sully's "wish list"! :) She looks like she's having so much fun! "Rock on!" |

HOW ADORABLE that picture is! Aww...my yorkie would love that! I give her so much attention but she's constantly giving me her toys and pawing at me for my attention to play with her. Poor thing! :( So maybe I should get this for her to see if she likes it. I could just see her vibrating when she puts it in her mouth haha..how cute. |

It is the same product that was available for kids a few years ago. I forget the name, but it was bigger...and sold at various stores like Kay Bee Toys and Toys R Us. Now, it looks like they made a smaller version to market to dogs. |
Went to PetSmart today and ended up buying mickey the bumble ball and he is not that interested until i shut it off and he will growl at it. But I guess it will just take some getting used to. |

So, I just went to Petsmart and got a bumbleball!!! Hallie pays it NO attention at all and Simon just can't figure it out. He's trying to play with it but scared of it at the same time. He's growling and crouching down at it. I think he thinks it is chasing him, the ball went all the way down the hallway. Too funny, hope my neighbors don't mind ;) haha |

Got Beau a Bumble Ball at Petsmart yesterday. It scared him so bad, he hurt himself trying to get away from it. Guess that's 13.00 back in my pocket book. |
I got Sophie one....it was so cute to watch her try to figure it out. She was scared at first, but she is slowly getting a bit more brave with it and is trying to "get it." She had me and my nine year old son cracking up!! :animal-sm |
Saga of the Bumble Ball Well, Schatzie's had hers now for a few days. Oh my goodness, I have to HIDE it as she freaks out and whines for wanting it so badly. (spoiled brat!!) So, she has figured out that it makes her angry that the ball doesn't hold still, frustrates her to no end. So, she has learned now to place her entire body to hold the ball down. With doing so, she bit off part of the red bumble sticking up. :mad: I was not a happy camper treating her like a kid saying, "Now Schatzie, you just DO NOT take care of your toys, you are forever DISTRYOING everything you have. You are such an agressive chewer and I wish you'd take better care of your things". I amaze myself talking to her as if she's human. I am sure all she could understand was "blah blah blah Schatzie, blah blah toy, blah blah Schatzie". All I have to do is turn that Bumble on and Schatzie goes insane. I am sorry for the others Yorkie's who have not found it as facinating, maybe in time. I know a post was sent out quite awhile ago about a plastic bottle being rolled on the floor, Yorkies all over loved it. Schatzie could care less. I was so disapointed, ha haaa.. |
I bought a bumble ball for Zack to play with. He loves it! He barks and growls at it...it's so funny. Sometimes he picks it up and walks around with it while it shakes him. I take it away after a few minutes...all that shaking can't be that good for him. |
lol that's so cute! The Bumble Ball? I will HAVE to get it for Fred! He's tired of his Kong already! He loves things that bounce aroound all over the place. I swear, he plays like a cat. |
I will have to get one of those for my babies. I bet between the dogs and cats they will all have a great time. |
