If you want a shiny coat, give your baby Grizzly's Salmon Oil. You pour a few pumps into your babies food and within a couple of weeks, you will notice a huge difference in your babies skin and hair. It's amazing and it has all kinds of healthful benefits to it. |
Plush Puppy makes an oil for the hair it is called Seabreeze Oil. You can find it by googling Plush Puppy Products. I use it and it does make the hair shiny however you want to use only a tiny bit and rub it into the hair real good. |
I love the Sea Breeze oil ....and Just got this tip from a super nice show breeder - :) Sally's Beauty Supply sells this - it's called Proclaim hair glosser ...a friend just tried it and the resulting picture was amazing. |
where would one find the salmon oil to purchase? omega |
Salmon Oil or Omega3 oil can be bought at the Health food store--get the kind that needs to be refridgerated--it is better quality. |
OK - thank you. Just wasn't sure if it was a special "doggy" kind or not. I heard that giving them a tiny bit of flaxseed oil will help their coat, too. Anyone ever tried that? They said that in breeds that shed, it helps them not to shed quite so much. Don't know if that's true or not but that's what I heard Thanks, omega |
