Missing Link Supplement 2 Attachment(s) Please know that I am NOT a salesperson for this product, lol! :D All I know is that Wosie is doing really well with it, and many people have asked about it. So I did a little on-line research and here are my results! Missing Link Cat And Dog Food Supplement The Missing Link food supplements are formulated with the highest quality, all-natural whole foods, "superfoods" and herbs carefully chosen for their nutrient profile and synergistic effects. The formula is rich in flaxseed, the richest vegetable source of Omega-3, providing 1000 mg per tablespoon, plus lignans, protein, and fiber. In addition, the formula delivers "living molecules" naturally occurring in whole foods, and often "missing" from our diets, such as enzymes, friendly bacteria, and phytonutrients (disease-fighting, health-benefiting, naturally-occurring plant molecules such as pectin, carotenoids, glucarates, flavonoids, terpenes, liminoids, lycopenes, coumarins, and phenolic acids). The Missing Link comes in a powder which is added to the your pet's food. And another: In nature, dogs consume foods that are whole, raw and fresh, while domestic animals generally have a diet of processed foods only. The Missing Link was developed to target the nutritional gap between what nature provides and what is available in commercial foods. Formulated with all-natural, human-edible-quality whole foods and food concentrates, The Missing Link reintroduces unprocessed, nutrient-rich foods into your dog's diet. The Missing Link is a dry granular powder, nitrogen flushed and vacuum-packed for freshness to protect its precious nutrients. It includes important nutrients like Omega-3 and Omega-6& essential fatty acids, enzymes and probiotics, fiber, phytonutrients, and vitamins and minerals. Missing Link Plus includes glucosamine for extra joint support for older dogs and those with arthritis or joint stiffness. For years, veterinarians and pet owners have added The Missing Link Canine Formula to commercial foods to promote: General Health & Well-Being Better Digestion Healthy Skin & Coat Increased Energy Quicker Recovery After Surgery or Injury Less Shedding Reduced Allergies Less Scratching & Itching Reduced Odor Less Joint Stiffness and Pain And more: Missing Link is an innovative approach to health that will change the way you care for your dog! Original Missing Link and Missing Link Plus reintroduce unprocessed essential nutrients important for optimum health and missing from commercial processed pet foods. Because it is formulated with food, not synthetics, there is no risk of over-supplementation. This supplement is said to improve food digestion, enhance coat, and in the Plus formula, Missing Link will aid in lubricating and protecting joints. This product is free of preservatives, fillers, gluten, cholesterol, artificial flavorings and colors. All ingredients are human grade. Missing Link comes in formulas for dogs, Missing Link with Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate for dogs, and Missing Link Feline for cats. Cali is slowly getting better. She is still sleeping most of the time. But her incision is healing and it was like her whole torso was cut open. I don't know why they had to make the incision so big! Thanks for your concern! |
Yes I got mine at Petsmart too. |
Is there really a difference between this and Omega 3? Daisy is on Omega 3 now.. As far as helping with their coat? |
How do you feed it to your dogs? On top of dry food? At what age can they begin it? and one more question.. is it with every meal? Or just once a day? :) |
I think there is more ingredients. Quote:

I use Missing Link +, it is a great supplement! In fact I have considered trying it myself! :) |
Great Stuff.......... I also use Missing Link for both my boys. I think it's really a GOOD PRODUCT! I wish I'd known to freeze the extra so it would last longer........I will next time. Thanks for all the great information. :) |
other supplements I have been a HUGE researcher in supplements for the past 3 years. I like Missing Link, I also liked NutraTabs or something like that...forgot the name. I plan on using Shaklee's infant toddler vita lea and following the supplement chart designated for a yorkie that I got from the animal advocate book. I like being able to see how much of each supplement and mineral is in a product and I also like using "whole" food supplements. I'm also going to add omega 3's. suzie |
I was thinking about trying it, but wouldn't want tigger's hair to grow out any faster then it is now.... My boyfriend likes to keep Tigger shaved down, not to the skin, but not long either. I'd be taking him to the groomers a lot more. I do want something though to make his skin and coat a little more shiney. |
