Hi everyone! I am pleased to announce that I am the proud owner of a 4 month old Yorkie. He is joining our 3 year old Roxie! With that being said, I am looking for a winter coat, we live in Michigan. He is 3 pounds now. He will be 5 pounds at a year. Any suggestions where to look for a coat? They are hard to find so small!

But for a coat for your lil guy you can try Etsy and I’ve found small coats at Petsmart.

Congratulations on the new puppy!! For coats I would try Petsmart, and Amazon. Amazon has many more designs to choose from and also much cheaper than Petsmart.

The last 2 pics and videos were from a trip to Toronto. Us SoCal people need insulation when dealing with real cold. Kaji wore the onesie on a cold day, then we layered a puffer jacket after it snowed overnight. He was happy a comfy, warm boy.

Really nice but, but they cannot make pee pee if used for walks.

Are you refering to me? These are dog onesies. They're cut to allow potty breaks. I like these as they cover the chest, which to me provides more warmrh. But the underside is cut high enough even for boys to be able to potty without making a mess.

Lol yes I was. I had looked on amazon and found them, they are refereed to as PJ's so I thought they were closed. Now I am going to order a couple for my guy.

It's funny, on the Fit Warm website they are referred to as sweaters. :idontknow

Either way, we used them for sleep and during the day. They are fantastic!

I just ordered what you have, I need a MED. they didn't have that size on the PJ's I ordered.

I ordered the Jumper Pull over on the 17th and received it on the 18th, it fits perfect and looks great. To bad the kid thinks he can't move lol. He's in frozen mode lol

He looks great! Is this the first time he wears a one piece? I think Kaji had a similar reaction with his first one piece jammies. After he got use to is, he was happy and would ask to wear clothes when he was cold.

Yes, first time in a one piece another pic in the PJ's same style just a little more light weight then the sweater, notice, same stance lol.

I think you ordered the exact 2 Kaji has :). I hope he gets use to them soon! I'm saving the ones I have in hopes my next little guy will grow into them. Kaji was 7lbs and 12 inches long, his legth put him at a Med as well. My new little one is charting at 5.5 lbs. I think I'm going to have to order new ones.

Cody is 12 pounds, chest is 16 inches and 13 inches to base of tail, the med. fits perfect easy to put on providing you don't have a Cody that stiffens his hind legs making them not flexible to get into the back leg openings lol, what a trip he is lol. Reviews I read (after I already put my order in lol) were, being they are made in China they run smaller then the chart size, it was suggested to buy the next larger size, I bought the size the chart had and it's a perfect fit, reviews also suggested to hand wash them, there are no washing instructions on them. Thank you soooo much for sharing :love:

LOL, I did put the PJ one on him the next day OMG, this kid is a trip, he refused to get off the sofa, I had to put him on the floor. He was convinced he couldn't walk / move, I incited him with the word squirrel and opened the back door to show him he could move, walk, run, he moved very slowly lol, he wouldn't jump the 4 inches to the deck lol, I had to pick him up and set him outside where he stood motionless lol. I bought him back inside and put him on my bed. I got involved with working, he eats at 4pm when I looked at the clock it was 4:30 and he was still on my bed in the same position I put him in lol, he had the saddest face on him as if I was punishing him lol. I took the PJ's off and he ran through the house singing his favorite song "Born Free", then he gobbled up his food. Yesterday I showed him the PJ's, he jumped into his cloud 9 bed and sunk slowly down trying to disappear into his cushy bed lol. I will put the PJ's on him later next week and walk him in the back yard providing it doesn't snow. He has to see he can walk in them lol, he's too funny.
