Goughnuts? Help! Following Teddy's dental yesterday, the surgeon recommended that we do not use any nylabones which don't flex and, indeed, stated that they are not suitable at all for Yorkie's no matter the flexibility despite packaging confirming suitability. She, therefore, suggested that we try Goughnuts but said that they are from the US and may be hard to find here in England. I believe she was Canadian which is how she knew about them. So, can anyone help this displaced American in sourcing these? I have checked amazon.co.uk for them but they only have one which is over $50. Is that the true going price or has it been inflated because of shipping and rarity in England etc? Thanks! |
Have you checked out this UK website: Tuff-toys-4-dogs - Goughnut Chew Toys Also check out Amazon. Amazon Good luck. |
They are very expensive for sure. But 50 is a lot more than I have seen them go for. I am not sure where you might find them- amazon, e-bay, or maybe you could order directly from the company? |
:D Good morning you 2! :D Just wondering about alternatives - have you had a look at Home | PetsPyjamas? In the 'dog toys' section there are things for under £4 which might be suitable...:) xx |
Thanks all, for your help! It's really appreciated!! x |
My yorkie loves nylabones:( did the vet tell you why they are bad? |
