Top Line Pet - Water Bottle Converters I absolutely LOVE the concept of these awesome dog/puppy waterers 😀. I am simply trying to figure out what size to get and I would love to hear what others think about them too. I am going to order 2 of them, one for home and one for travel. My little MiMi isn't supposed to be over 5lbs so I'm not sure if I should get the smallest puppy one or just the regular small one. If I have to get the smallest puppy ones for now then the small regular ones later I can do that, I'd just rather not if I don't have to. What do y'all think? |

Ya, I think I'll email them and see what they think. I think the small size would work fine for long term, instead of buying the puppy one and needing to upgrade later :). |
Wonder if adults used to drinking from water bowls would catch on to licking on the tube to get a drink......I have several that LOVE to swim and play in water bowls and this sure would save me such a mess!!! |
I would imagine adults would catch on that they had to get water that way instead of from a bowl, but I'm not 100% sure, hopefully someone will chime in that has done so. I also love these because they will be great for travel and for attaching to the play pen I bought for my MiMi...so, I will be buying 2 of them :)...one for home by her food. One in her play pen at work that I can also use for travel as well. I'm excited about these. |
CAUTION----If these are the same as the water bottles used for hamsters & rabbits, use with caution. The ball inside the tube can stick causing total blockage. I would never leave for hours with your pups only water supply being one of these bottles. |
Oh definitely not, I couldnt agree more with you! I am very lucky that I will be able to have my baby with me at home and at work so I will be able to monitor and tell whats going on. I'll always make sure shes got what she needs :). That was a great point you brought up though! |

I've had mine for over 6 years & the little roller never got stuck. You do have to tap on the roller when you 1st put fresh bottle of water on it to release the air trap. I do have fresh water available for them in bowls also. It's excellent for puppies that are confined in puppy apartments or ex-pen. Since they can accidentally tip over the water bowls. |

It also keeps the water fresh since it's enclosed in the bottle. It's really ideal for travel. |

I'm glad I looked at this. I don't cage my pets but the idea of clean water from a bottle is something I would like to try especially with the summer months approaching. |
