Doggie Couture Shop Beware
 
So this is the second purchase I have made from Doggie Couture, and although I wasn't super pleased with how the first time went, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided I would try one more time. Well this time I ordered a bow and a cardigan, and that was almost 4 weeks ago. I have contacted and emailed numerous times and have only been emailed back once or twice saying they would check into it and let me know. Today after I sent a few emails explaining not so nicely that I really wanted my stuff or either my money back, they changed the status of my order online from processing to shipping. it says it will be here by Friday so I guess I will see. Just beware from buying from here, they obviously do not care to much about their customers.

Update: I finally got my stuff in! It was super cute and just as pictured, but I still was not pleased with the time it took and the lack of communication that was received. Pretty sure I will be finding other places from now on to order from.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Doggie Couture....that reminds me...I had sent some stuff back to BaxterBoo and have yet to hear a response back from them. Wondering if they ever got it back??

I haven't heard many great things about them either! It is sad that it is so hard to find places that won't rip you off.

from looking at their site I can see they have a ton of high end designers listed that do custom work, I could be wrong but they might just be rep ing for the companies and carry very little inventory so they have to keep going to the designer to get updates. if it was up to me I would deal directly with the company that is making the item, there are so many people out there on FB, Yorkie Talk and ETSY to deal with, why bother with a middle man on clothing. Other types of items like carriers and leashes and so forth it different.

They may have to, and that I can somewhat understand. I however did not buy anything that was custom. I was mostly aggravated that I was told it would be there within a certain time frame and it arrived 3 weeks later. When I finally received the stuff it was beautiful stuff, I just was not pleased at how they deal with their customers. I never could get ahold of them.

I order all our clothes through Missmicasapparel.com & love the quality of the customs fit clothing she makes.Would highly recommend!
