IV San Bernard website???
 

I just tried to place my order on the IV san bernard website, and it says their account as been suspended?? Anyone else getting that message??? Maybe its my account?? LOL

I just got the same message.

I did email them and haven't heard back yet. Have to wonder whats up though.....

I am wanting to order and was wondering if anyone wants to split the $75 limit with me?

Nope I just tried I got the same as everyone else....I ordered from them a few weeks ago and everything was good I got my products a week ago...hmmmm

Perhaps the website issue is just a temporary one.

I'm getting the same message and am assuming it's a temporary situation. I've called and left a message for Linda, that several here are wanting to order. Their toll free number is 1-877-589-8436 for anyone that would like to call. It's possible they are off in New York for the Specialties and you may have to call the cell # they refer to on their message machine.

Maybe someone forgot to pay a website subscription renewal...? OOPS!:eek:

I just went to that link and it appears to be their Latin American division.

But I just went to their US homepage

Iv San Bernard (USA & Canada), Fine Italian Pet Grooming Products and Equipment and it is working.

So maybe it was a glitch and they have fixed it:)

The site is working now. There must have been a technical glitch this morning. There is no bill to pay, one of our associates owns the server ! I haven't been able to reach our webmaster as we are at the Groom & Kennel Expo in Pasadena for the weekend and he is on Eastern time. But everything is fine now, just go ahead and place your orders. I can't wait to get my order, I got a BIG bottle of 2 kinds of PEK conditioner, one regular and one mint I think. Call me silly I guess. Plus a few other things. GULP!! Bella is modified cottony coat, and matts kind of easy. I am hoping this will be the answer to our prayers!! :D

Today is bath day, will be using the PEK conditioner today for the first time...I also got that Green apple shampoo (mela verde)

Will post later on how I like it.:D

I'd be interested in joining a split!

Pheebs has a beautiful cotton coat and unfortunately, must wear it in a short 2" cut on her trunk & legs. I wonder if this product would tame the wild beast of cotton coat as it grows out into a smooth coat? Probably dreaming, huh?:rolleyes::D

But, I would still be willing to try the conditioner...for sure!

All I can't say is....I can't believe I haven't been using this product PEK conditioner the whole time....I love love it...it was so easy to brush her out, like going thru butter. I will never be without it again.

I took a tablespoon full and mixed in about 1/2 cup of water...made a thick paste...rub it all thru her hair and let it sit for 5 minutes than I rinsed
her leaving some in and blowed dried her...love it :D

Now I'm off to do Harley :)

For all the loyal Iv San Bernard users I would like to introduce myself. I am Dr Cliff Faver of Cave Creek Arizona and I will be your new Iv San Bernard distributor for the US. Linda and Baxter will be exclusively in the Canadian market in the future. My organization would like to continue serving you in the same great fashion you have become accustom to with Linda and Baxter.
We are very excited about some changes that will be in the works with the new distributorship. We will be offering more seminars around the country, we will be starting a grooming school, we will have a full service internet market (wholesale and retail), and we would like to do as much one on one training as possible.
One of my personal goals is to teach veterinarians, groomers, and show people how to work together to help our pets have healthier skin and hair coats. I have always felt that different pet related groups should work together instead of fight against each other. We all come to the table with different skills and knowledge that should be shared not de-valued or dismissed.
I do need to ask for your patients as we start up our new business though. We are just now, this week, going to get our supplies, get our internet site up and we are getting the bugs out of our phone system. Please bear with us in this transition because we have had a lot to accomplish in a very short time. I think once we get all the bugs worked out you will be very pleased with our team and our results.
We need your help in this process. If you see something that is not right or we fail to service you in an acceptable manner I personally want to hear from you! Customer service will be our number one goal!

Welcome to YT Dr. Cliff. You may not remember me, but we had a long conversation over the phone a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed at how helpful and nice you were especially since your so busy getting this company off the ground here in the US.

i just got my PEK conditioner...

reading this i feel as though the mix i made was too much!

i read that the ISB products have a dilution rate 1:3 (http://isbusa.com/wp-content/uploads...ion-Ratios.pdf).

so for my leave in conditioner i mixed 300ml of water, 100ml of conditioner, about 20ml of oil.


for my grooming spray i mixed 1/4 cup of PEK, and added enough water to fill up a 500ml spray bottle....


i haven't used it yet, i just prepared it, but reading this is making me think of diluting....

Love the ISB products!
