Tartar Shield Soft Rawhide Chews?? Has anyone tried these? I recently switched to a new vet and she recommended these for my baby's teeth (in addition to teeth brushing) Tartar Shield Pet Products |
the rawhide in the title turns me off, I don't care how soft they are. The disolvable tabs in water I've heard some dogs know there is something in the water and wont' drink. |
I wouldn't put anything in Kaji's water. He drinks too little as it is! The vet highly recommended the chews. |
I've always heard bad things about rawhides in general. But those don't seem too bad because they're not those big and bulky rawhides that get all soggy, etc. Sometimes I wish Jackson would chew on things like this but he's never interested :( Basically I have no info for you but would go ahead and give them a try! |
Taycie won't drink her water no matter how "tasteless" it says it is. Little twerp.. I have never heard of those products before, but I would be interested to hear some results. I use Oxyfresh Oral Pet Gel and Hygiene solution. I LOVE it. Taycie tolerates it lol. It works wonders for us! The hygiene solution is recommended to add to water but you can also spray it directly on the teeth. So that is what I do daily after I brush. It also lasts me ALOT longer doing it this way and then she will drink her water! |
My dog LOVES these I have used these softchews for a long time. They are great and my dog LOVES them. They are not the traditional rawhides that people think. While they are "soft" they have a nice crunchy feel to them that my dog loves. They don't ever get soggy like traditional rawhides. The liver flavoring is baked throughout the rawhide. I have noticed an incredible difference in mocha's breath, there is NO smell at all. My vet recommended them and I'm so glad she did. |
