Wrapping Jackets !!
 
Where can I get a wrapping jacket who fits BIG yorkie boys :) ?
My boy is 6 kg/kilo's , i only find jackets who fit small yorkie boys, he's a big boy.
He's not a showdog or anything, cause he has overbite and is too big ;)
I just like having him with much coat, he's shaved now but im going to grow out his coat and then wrap him :)
I just like it better when he has gorgeus long coat, and i love litle wrapped yorkies, they are so cute with wraps in their coat :)

Where can I get these?
The person who makes them has to be able to send it over to Iceland :)

Go on the internet and look up winter jackets for dogs. You will have to measure his length, chest size and neck size to get the right size though. I believe they're called blanket coats. I just ordered 4 of them for my dogs. Every pet clothing site has them. As I said before measure your dog. I didn't do it a couple of times and the coats I got were too big or too small.

ok, i googled it and i just got some fleece jackets, im looking for a wrapping jacket, not unlike these: Wrapping Jackets ~ Satin Lined Wrap Jackets for Yorkshire Terriers

I don't know what other breeds wrap but have you looked into that? Maybe Silky Terriers or Shih Tzu? I'm goingt to see my breeder this weekend and I'll ask her if she knows.

Go to poochie petite .com they sell satin lined wrapping jackets. You want either silk or satin close to the coat - not wool or other fabrics.

Go the the showing and information forum and search "wrapping jackets" there is some information about people who have found them.

I think her problem is that her dog is too big for even the large Yorkie wrapping jacket. I was wondering what other breeds might use them that are a little bigger such as a Silkie or Shih Tzu. She would probably do better to go to someone that supplies larger dogs.

I just checked and Poochie Petite only goes to 8 lbs. and this one is around 13 lbs. She does custom make them? It might be worth asking?

Afghans wrap I believe. But they are really big dogs.
