interesting.. I wonder if it works. I bought a table top one once and it didn't do a darn thing.

We're in the process of returning ours. It did not make Roxie stop barking, it actually made her bark MORE!!!

I have the dog park bark repeller. So far it is working. I can just pick it up and say no bark and it will usually do the trick, I don't even mash the button anymore unless I can't get to them before they start out of control barking. I can hold up my cell phone or remote control and say no bark too and that even works. It does take being consistent. I will let mine bark a couple of times if they hear something outside and run to the door barking. I still want them to alert us to something outside, just not to bark constantly.

I too have a table top one and it did NOT work for me either. :rolleyes: I too think it made Rudy bark even more. He just did not get it that when that high pitched noise goes off he should stop barking. :rolleyes:

That what I use too, it's been a really great training aid. Joey was really bad when we went to places like Home Depot, and I've taken it along with me and he's so good now. He's even allowing people to pet him again. I think barking can make them overly agitated and this kind of nips it in the bud. We still allow him to do some barking, but not just anytime he wants.
