I am a bargain hunter, my mom calls it cheap and maybe she's right, but I'll be damned (excuse my french) the day I spend 25-30 dollars on a dog sweater. I mean Josephine is 4 pounds, there is no way that, that is 25 dollars in material. Heck I barely spend 25 dollars for my own sweaters and I'm plus size! That's a lot of fabric. xD

Anyways that brings me to Ross, every now and then they'll have dog shirts and what-not, but yesterday I struck gold. I found a little purple and lavender knitted sweater with a hood that fit Josephine perfectly. How much you ask? 5 bucks. In your face expensive dog boutique, you just got served. =O

Oooo that sounds cute, you should post some pictures of them!

Also I don't know if you've seen the thread about Target, but in their $1.00/$2.50 section they have doggie sweaters and christmas outfits.

I love Ross too, and have gotten many adorable dresses, coats (yeah don't even need those here), beds, harnesses, leashes, food & water bowls for my 4 fur-girls too. Since they don't like wearing clothes much, I like paying little to get something cute enough to show off for a moment for a picture now and then.

Seems that Ross is carrying more pet things lately, and it's very fun.

Gosh, I agree with you completely on the $25 thing. I went to PetSense when we first got Galahad and was shocked at the prices of their little sweaters and coats. The only coat there that I liked was a little red one, and it was $30 for an XS!

I ended up buying one on eBay for a whole whopping $5 total, and I liked it much better. Then I found him a couple of cute sweaters at WalMart (we don't have a Target here).

I'll definitely be looking at our Ross to see if they have any sweaters for him.

LOL! I totally agree. I usually wait for the sales at Petco to get some of their items that are $15 or so. When they go for 50% off, I can get 2 for what I normally would have only gotten one. :)

I love a good bargain. Sounds like you found a great deal! But I do find myself spending more on my pup than on myself. It's so easy to fall into the Yorkie trap!

I :love: Ross too!! I've found cute collars in x-small that fit Missy perfectly! I found a cupcake one, a polka dot one, a heart one, and a pink/brown leopard print one. :D And they were only $1.99!! I also found 3 toys Missy just loves (and are for x-small dogs)!! Also super inexpensive! :) :) :) I also got her a cute pink bowl set, a pillow and I am thinking of going back to get the pedi-claws. Nope, my baby is not spoiled at all...:rolleyes:

Im right there with you.. My dog is the only one that I've Christmas shopped for.. is that bad? lol! All of the presents under the tree are for him.

We don't have Ross here. :(
But we do have Target, and they usually have cute stuff.
