We love Bo's Softee Collars!

Since lil Ginger was having surgery, we instantly requested a softee collar from Bo (Mom to Hot Rod) to use post surgery.

Its absolutely adorable and besides Ginger getting it all dirty :rolleyes: (I have to wash it constantly lol), its been great and a God-send. I couldn't just put a baby onesie on her b/c 1. I couldn't find any to fit her and 2. it wouldn't cover up her suture from where she got a dew-claw removed... so yeah, this has been PERFECT. :) And we get so many wonderful comments on how she looks like she has a lil bonnet on. hehe

How adorable! Ginger looks so cute in her little 'bonnet'. :)

I want to order a couple of these to have on hand, but I keep forgetting to take measurements. I need to do that this weekend.

......... I wish the softee collar had been around when Shelby had her LP surgery.......... what a great idea!!!

Awww, Thanks Robin. :) I am glad that it is helping little Ginger. She looks great! Is she healing okay? It looks like you are going to have a little work on your hands keeping her quiet during her recovery! ;):D That's the good news of it! I'm glad that this has been working out for you and Ginger. :)

lol, I was wondering what happened. ;) The measurements can be guesstimates and don't have to be exact as my collars are adjustable and forgiving so a good guess will do. Just pm when you are ready! :)

I've made a note on my mental to-do list. I'm going to take measurements this weekend! :D

She is doing great and I am so thankful for the collar b/c I couldn't find a onesie to fit her (she walked right out of newborns and preemie sizes :rolleyes:) and so this has been perfect. I have also gotten by with taken out the little plastic pieces and keeping it folded down (like you would to let them eat) and just leave it like that (she is still not able to really get to any of her sutures) that way it is easier for her to look around and its a little bit easier on her. :D THANK YOU BO! :D

I didn't think she would need the plastic stays as little as she is but at least you have them for anything other time you may need a collar, just in case. :) I am glad that the collar is so much easier on Ginger. That's what I had in mind when I made these up. There just had to be something that was so harsh are these little ones. You are so very welcome Robin! It makes me feel good that it's doing what I'd hoped and intended.
