Need some help...I think I'm jumping on the Kwigy-Bo bandwagon! So, I've pretty much decided to get a Kwigy-Bo Alex bag for Sophie. But now I just don't know which one to get! I found a new Alex Luxe (Black) and I also found a used Alex in black that I would have to bid one. The used bag does have a missing twist lock on one of the pockets, but I think that can be fixed. I am also considering just waiting for the regular alex to get back in stock. And my concern with the alex luxe is that it's too "flashy" and thus look "cheaper" because of the patent leather. I don't have any patent leather so I didn't know. :confused: I know these are stupid concerns but if I get a new bag that is that much I just want to make sure I get what looks ok and that I'll like. :thumbup: Anyone have any of these specific bags? Please let me know what you think.:) |
I like the Alex Luxe. But I also like the shiny look. I agree with you, for the price, much sure you get what you really like. They are cute! |

It is hard to choose. I'm having the same trouble. I'd really like to get an Alex bag, just don't know which color to go with either. I wonder if they are coming out with new colors this year? I might just wait and see. Everything I have is black. I'd like to get a lighter color for a change, but not be too flashy. The whole purpose is to keep anyone from noticing you have a pup in your purse, right? Any suggestions Kwigy Bo users??????:confuse8: |

I have seen the silver (luxe) in person, as well as the black (luxe). The silver is quite a bit brighter than the gold. The gold is really more "champagne". Its so pretty in person. It went great with my Maddy's coloring, so that's why I chose the gold. The silver is VERY noticeable!!! The black is classy and looks expensive (they made it look like a Chanel style bag). Would you want the large or the small? I can get you a great deal, direct from the manufacturer from a seller on here. That is where I got mine! |

I just got the Alex Luxe in gold and LOOOVE it! It is definitely more muted than the silver - and not a "gold" gold but more champagne color. I was deciding between the gold and the black patent - and eventually decided to be a little daring. LOL:D |
I'm down to deciding between the Luxe Black and the Luxe Gold. I'm going to wait a little on getting it, I think. I did go ahead and bid on the used black one that was just the regular Alex since it was REALLY cheap, even though it has a messed up twist lock. At least I'll have one so she can get used to it if I win the auction. There are 5 days left so I hope I win it! I'll end up with one of the others, too, but I'm going to wait until Oct. when the Large Luxe black is in stock again, just to make sure. |
Now you have me thinking about that gold one. I am not very daring, but it would sure be pretty. I like to carry my knitting with me. Maybe it would look like a fancy knitting bag! Daisy usually goes with me to Stitch n Bitcch on Tuesday nights!:D |

i have the alex putty, it's really beautiful, and i'm very happy i chose something other than basic black. take advantage of the nice colors kb offers and get something you really like. the bag completely hides the dog anyway, so no one will see at the dog, just your nice bag. |
loved my alex luxe black--large for 5 lb. yorkie--she had lots of stretch room--it was stolen this week---I will re-buy as sson as it's in stock! |
