I was going to order from this site, but checked out some review and many were not favorable..do any YTer's shop and enjoy this site?

That is the problem.. and why I order all winter what I need or want..it is amazing how much more it is to ship to Canada... anne

I've purchased from them a couple times and was happy with the products. The first time, I bought some toys that were supposed to be discounted if you bought multiples. It said the discount wouldn't show up until I purchased, so I went through checkout... no discount. I emailed customer service and they took care of it right away, so no complaints. Just make sure you check if a discount is supposed to apply!

I know, it's absolutely outrageous..and so disappointing, I had 9 fabulous outfits picked out, what a downer:(

Can someone who has ordered help with the sizing on items from dogs.com?
I'm wondering what the chest measurement is on size small and size medium?
