Well I researched....and researched and FINALLY I found a pair of dog boots that are both functionable and fashionable. I can't say enough good things about Epiks.

They are waterproof and made of leather with a memory foam insole. The front and the back boots are designed differently to fit the dogs feet properly. They are really nice and light and have properly supported angles for the sole.

Missy gives them :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Just thought that I'd let you all know of our great find. Missy could walk in these boots comfortably right away and she wore them for a whole hour before I took them off (and not because she wanted them off either). They are a tad pricey. I found them at a store in my area for $60 Canadian, but worth every penny. I love how easy they are to put on and zip up. I also love how they stay on without a velcro fastener around the ankle.

Here's Missy modelling the new boots (she's a little bit scruffy, still not allowed a bath until Friday because of the spay) :)

And, oh my, she can run fast in them! :D

Great to know, because I have been thinking about buying my girls some Epik's for our camping trips.

Last fall, Sydney stepped on something that bit her. :(

Thanks for letting us know! I have to admit I like the style of the G2s better, but I lurve Gooby shoes generally. It's good to know you like the Epiks style because I think those are meant to be a little more rugged. And you know, Thor is just DYING for another pair of shoes. :D

I feel lucky! Missy really enjoys wearing clothes. She's always dressed :)

The boots are to cute.
I tried putting boots on my last yorkie and she just stood there and wouldn't move. I don't know if Abby would tolerate them. :(

The boots look adorable and Missy clearly loves them! :p I think she's a total cutie pie! (In fact her hair cut, from what I can see, looks exactly like how I want Zoë.)

Oops! Never mind. I just found the post that you said Missy wears a size 0.

Kia weighs 4#s, and her foot measures almost 1", so I am thinking it may be best to order the size 1.

Yes.......I know this is a VERY old post but had to chime in about these boots. I did buy Abby a pair of these in the winter of 2009. They're great. They keep her feet warm and dry. No frozen paws. Am looking into buying her a new pair.
