If so.....I have a recommendation for you!!
Banana Yorkie Yummies from Chattiesmom (Cindy)!!! My yorkies/silkies LOVE them!

I recently approached Cindy with a special request and she was so great.....she worked with me to find something special that my pups would like in small/compact crunchy treat! I hardly had the package open before everyone was begging for a banana yorkie yummy and once they tried one....they wanted more and amazingly I had 5 yorkies/silkies sitting in a row on their best behavior - wishing/hoping for more banana yorkie yummies!

If you have not tried Cindy's Yorkie Yummies.....I would encourage you to give them a try. My pups LOVE the beef liver flavor and now have a new favorite - the banana flavor!! These treats are made from human grade products and best yet - are handmade with lots of love by Cindy!!

We haven't tried the banana ones but my two kids LOVE the Chicken flavored ones that Cindy makes. Gez, they'd be in heaven if they could just eat those everyday. But I save them for special treats and bath day! :D :thumbup::thumbup:

My babies don't really like bananas but Cindy threw in some of these new YY's with our napsak and OMG, the babies went crazy for them!!!

The babies give them :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Kristin, I read your pms and your reviews last night (rather very early this morning) and I was so humbled and overwhelmed I didn't know how to respond. I am so glad that your guys liked the Banana YY's - I would absolutely love to see the pic of all five sitting in a row.

Zoe has never had a banana. (In fact the only human food she's had was chicken & crumbs she found after thanksgiving dinner.) They can eat it raw, right? What about banana chips or we just got freeze dried bananas....

I give Tricksie a tiny bite of raw banana for treats.
You have to pay attention to the ingredients on banana chips.
The only treats I give, other than yorkie yummies, are frozen or fresh veggies, such as green beans, carrots, english peas, apples, fresh carrots, but only in tiny amounts. She loves to eat and I have to keep her weight down.

The first two batches that I made:

Whole grain oatmeal
Bananas
Pure Maple Syrup
Eggs

I am changing the recipe slightly to accomodate furkids with protein issues to:

I will be using pure unsulphured molasses because it is sweeter than the Maple Syrup and therefore I will use less AND I will be eliminating the eggs.

The only fat is what little "Pam" that I use to help keep them from sticking and the only protein is what is present in the oats.

We'll my boy loves the regular YY. He doesn't eat bananas though. I would have to have him sample them before I could buy a larger pack :p.
I gave my boy of bunch of his YY treats today and he sits before i even say it.. He is so cute..:D

Well, it sounds like Miss Ellie can have them when she gets healthy. :)
There are so many Yorkies here with allergies. :(

I too wanna endorse the Banana Yummies! Cindy sent some home with Beau and he and Jamie LOVE LOVE LOVE them! When training on tricks, I'm making Jamie and Beau take turns so Jamie doesn't get another turn until Beau follows his command and gets his treat. For the Banana Yummies, Jamie is helping me teach Beau. We were working on "speak" the other day with Beau and every time I said "speak" Jamie would look at Beau and bark prompting Beau to bark back. Beau got his treat and Jamie got his turn again!

Harley is also a fan of YY, he likes both flavors, and I just ordered some banana ones for him to try. So far the only treats that Harley doens't turn his nose to are made by Cindy!

Just wanted to share a few pics of my yorkies/silkies lined up waiting for a Banana YY treat(s).

Pic#1 - all 5 - from left to right is Sailor (yorkie), Emmy (silky), Captain (silky), Heaven (silky) and Magic (yorkie) (Emmy has to "stand" instead of "sit")

Pic#2 - another group - but w/out Sailor

Pic#3 - Captain (my first show dog) and his little sister Emmy (who I am currently showing as a special)
