D.A.P Comfort Zone Spray Reviews? Has anyone ever used this product? I know that they also make it in a Plug-In for the home, but I am interested in the Spray for traveling. Tatum's LP surgery will be coming up soon and she absolutely HATES being in the car, so I need something to calm her as it is going to be quite a long car ride there, not to mention the car ride back home. She will be going in for surgery mind you, so I CANNOT give her any type of calming pill - she cannot ingest anything what-so-ever before the surgery. That is why I am so interested in this product, as you can spray it on their bedding, blankets or whatever to help calm them. I am just wondering if the stuff actually works? I have read some reviews online (they were mixed of course, some good, some bad - which is to be expected) but I always have to ask my Yorkie friends as well :) Thanks in advance |

I have not tried the spray. but I did try the D.A.P. collar when Copper was a puppy I LOVED it because he went from shakey puppy to to relaxed and mellow within 10 mins. I just left it on until he had adjusted to my home (about two weeks) but I deffinately would use it again for a stressful experience. |

I am sure that the spray should work just as well, I think I would be great to put on a blanket! or everwhere ;)so that she feels relaxed. the science behind it makes alot of sense. I'll keep my fingers crossed too, I would hate for little Tatum to be so stressed out the whole trip. |

I used the plug in in the kitchen when I first got Lil' Miss Izzie at 12 weeks, and when I had my neighbor check in on her throughout the day while I was as work she said that she was calm and quiet..so for me it seemed to work. I would get some and give it a trail run on just a little small car trip first, they you might know if it will work for a longer car ride. Good Luck... |

I bought the plug-in as well since Dolly's got separation anxiety. it works well in smaller areas. so I would say its gotta be helpful in the car! |

I hope you find a product that works well for Tatum. Do you already have a date for the surgery? I know you are worried...Lacy will have to go under for a biopsy soon..I know I'll be a nervous wreck..so I know you will be with Tatum too. We might need calming drugs for ourselves |

I read some reviews that this also may help with housebreaking.....hmmmmmmmm....i wonder if it really does work? :D |

Would this help to calm Zeke down when I take him to the groomers? He's "failed" three groomers so far and it's looking like I may have to trim him myself. It'd be cheaper since Zack does the groomers very well. Gets the stuffing hugged out of him by the ladies. |

Stedmans Mommy...did you ever get this product?? The vet did recommend it for my Snickers who suffers from Separation anxiety and soils his crate while we are at work daily!!! I am willing to try it, but wanted to see if it helped you at all.....xoxox |

I just purchased the DAP spray from our local pet supply store. We live in the city and all the sights and sounds really get to Tino and Lola. Don't even get me started on mopeds and motorcycles....PUHLEEZE! They send my furbabies into a frenzy! So today is the first day I am using it. I am spraying it on their little lookout area at the window, their blankets and the roman shades on the windows. I used 10 sprays each as the directions suggest. We'll see what happens. I will keep you updated!:D |
