See if you can find antlerz in your area. We bought one and lost it when we went on vac:( They're pricey but are supposed to last for a very long time. Here is a post about it

Merrick Flossies aren't the same as Merrick Bully Sticks. The flossies are made from thin strips of tendon that have been braided together, the bully sticks are made from one much larger piece of tendon. The good news is if they enjoyed the flossies they'll enjoy the bully sticks, and it will take a lot longer to go through them.

I am still looking for one as my girls are not big chewers. I've gotten them the red barn bullies before but they were never interested.
mmm, maybe I will get them some Merrick ones, hopefully that would help.

Honesty, I haven't found a small dog treat that last a very long time. Treats aren't really designed to last that long. You can try a toy with a place to stuff a soft treat to entertain them..I've found that method to be more time consuming/challenging for pooches. Treats can become expensive, so making your own is an option...its fun and you know with a certainty what's your giving your babies. My Zoe likes the LEO'S COOKIES posted in the Yorkie Talk thread for recipes. :aimeeyork

I buy the Merrick flossies for our girl, ours are twisted not braided. Am I getting something different?

I haven't seen the ones that aren't twisted or braided, do you have a picture? This is what I mean by twisted: Merrick Pet Foods - Dog Treats

Nope mine are just like that...I have seen some (not merrick) that are completely braided/woven like someone would do with hair. I guess these are not so much as twisted as they are more corkscrewy right? Well I was just wondering if I was buying something different.

I think you are right. these are more corkscewy, I've never looked at the picture close before, and I just know that people with tiny yorkies or puppies seem to like these better than the thicker Bully sticks. At 5 1/2 pounds Joey manages the 6-inch bully stick really well, but I can understand how a smaller dog might prefer the thinner flossies, I guess it also depends on their chewing action.

i have heard GREAT things about the bully sticks from (member= AMD) www.westbrookdog.com, though.. ;) we plan on trying those soon! :)
